Chapter 13.

                                         5 months later….

                                      ****Juliet’s POV****

“Hey Niall.” I smiled through the phone, clutching it tightly.

“Hi Juliet.” He replied in a monotone voice. 

I frowned slightly. Why did he always act like this now? Ever since One Direction happened, he’s been acting cold…and shady. Was he cheating on me?

“What did you call for?” He asked, with a twinge of a harsh voice.

I took a deep breath, trying to make myself less nervous, and clear the swarming butterflies in my stomach. This was extremely important.

Food cravings, throwing up all the time, my feet swelling up a bit. Heck, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what’s going on…in me.

To be honest, I’m scared. I don’t want this to happen. I’m too young. But if I’m going through it, so does he.

“Niall, I…” Then tears busted out of my eyes. The ones that I was blinking back so hard, and trying to swallow.

I could even feel Niall’s eye roll through the phone.

“Why are you crying?” he asked. 

From the phone I could hear Zayn and Liam in the back. I heard girl laughter, and the happiness over there.

“Listen, I have to go Juliet. But I need to say something important.”

“Not as important as my news.” I managed to give a humorless laugh.

“Juliet, as much as it’s hard for me, I’m breaking up with you. It’s just not working out between us. I’m not at home anymore; we barely talk, or do anything interactive. Plus I need to be single for our tour and stuff. But we can be friends.”

My eyes almost bulged out of my sockets, and my veins bubbled.

Everything we frikkin went through. The near death experiences, the super-hero, the hospital romance, the cheesy cliché breakup drama through the winter barn, us running away, laughing, sharing moments. Now it’s all gone? I went through all of this, because of him, and now he’s breaking up with ME? How he was always saying how he loved me.

“Rewind, Niall. I’m breaking up with YOU.”

“Okay? Whatever. Tell me what you were going to tell me.”

I laughed humorlessly. “Niall, I’m…You’re a…”

I stopped. I couldn’t do it.

“There’s somebody inside me.” I said flatly, and then dryly, I hung up, tears splashing on the phone.

“But you have to stay, dear! You’re part of our family now.” Maura frowned.

She had no idea I was pregnant.

“I know, but I have to go. There’s no reason for me to stay anymore. It would just be…weird. Plus I need to stop bothering you all. But I love you all, and thank you so much for everything that you have done. I owe you all everything in the world.” I smiled, and enveloped her in a hug.

“I just can’t believe Niall would do that.” She frowned, looking at the ground.

“Thank you for everything. It was a pleasure having you here, and you are a good girl. Stay that way, and always visit.” Bobby said, and placed a hand on my shoulder.
