"JESSIE!!!!!!" My mom calls form

down stairs.

"GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE NOW!!!" She yells again.

"IM COMING !!!" I yell back.

*"it's time"* I think to myself ..

"Hey mom are we almost there?" my little brother Hunter questions .

"Yes baby, just 1 hour left" she answer with a smile on her face.

For the summer we go with my dad , Me and Hunter . He lives in California and we ( Me , My mom , and Hunter) live in Florida . So a long flight ... Kinda .

I'm not ever excited because all I do is stay in my room while my bother and my dad go off somewhere . But I do have friends here's still from years when I use to live for freshmen and sophomore year . This is my summer before I head of to college .. If I even go .

"Jessie...." I hear

"Baby come on were at dad's now" it's my mom .

"Oh" I must of dozed off on the car ride with took about hour and a half .

As I step out the car there's my dad with a bright smile on his face preparing to hug me, but like the cold heart person I've become I walk past him ..

I can hear my mom saying *"don't mess up this time! Be there don't just Focus on Hunter ! Your leaving her out"* and my dad reply sure okay , then Hunters voice came running it and that's the last I heard.

" do I have to stay mom?? Come one it'll be like last year" I beg my mother to let me stay with her

"Baby I know you don't like it here but at least try to make this summer different" she sweetly replays and I give in with a sigh . We exchange hugs and a few cheek kisses , then one last good bye wave and she was gone ... Out of sight .

" Well Jessie , shell we head in ?" My dad questions and I begin walking past him to the beach .

My dad has a beach house which is close to the Santa Monica pier . Probably a well known Pier .

I get my phone out and dial my friend Jules number .

*HEY JESSIE !!* she scream in the phone

*hey.. * i reply

*go to the pier! Were all here and we made new friends! I told them about you and they like to meet you .* knowing exactly what's up and knows how to cheer me up

I start to jog to the pier so I wouldn't take forever to get over there by the time I knew I was getting tackled by all my friends . First Jules , then Leny , then Casie , and a couple more people I never knew .

"Jessie meet Tony , Jenny, and Noah" she introduce and they a wave hi and I wave back giving off a friendly smile.

"I have one more person to show you" Jules whispers along with pull me away from everyone sneaky like

When we far enough to walk normally I ask "where are me going?"

"You'll see" she gives me a sly smile but continues to pull my arm . She was pulling so hard my arm was probably going to pop out any second.

"HERE" she finally says after ten minutes of being pulled around the whole damn beach.

"That's Luke" she point to a guy with brown kinda wavy hair . He turns around and see Jules and runs over.
