Chapter 4

"It's 7:20 . I knew this was a bad idea" I talk to myself .

I know that this was a super bad Idea. Luke probably messing around with another girl . He probably just set me up to keep me wait .

My phone start ringing "hmm a random number?" I look down at the no named number

"Uhh hello?" I quietly answer

"I'm sorry I kept you waiting for 20 I've been outside .. I got nervous to go to the door" sweetly sounds I can hear a little bit of nervous in his voice

"It's okay.. Where did you get my number?" Well that explains. I let out a sigh of relief. Why am I relieved?

"Jules" his quietly answers

"Of course" damn Jules. Oh well if he were to never get my number then I'm sure I would of been waiting here in my room

"I'm coming to the door now" I hear his car door close .

"Okay" I hang up and make sure I look good

I'm wearing a long skirt and a white flowered shirt crop top with white sandals. I don't wear makeup so I didn't need touch ups.

*ring* the door bell.

"Well here we go Jess" I tell me self and I being to walk towards the door but my dad as already beaten me to it .

"Oh Hi I'm Luke , I'm here to pick up Jessie . I'm taking her to go and then a show" he informs my dad

"Oh yes Jess has told me the plans" my dad notifies him .

"Jes-" my dad calls for me but I cut him off

"Here" I give Luke a smile . He's wearing black dress pants a black button up with black vans , everything he's wear is black but it looks nice. His hairs his bushed out of his face nicely. He looks so .. Cute

"Wow, you look amazing Jessie" look stares me up and down.

"Well you kids better get going then." My dad interrupts us .

"Oh yes , well it was nice meeting you Mr.?" Luke hold his out

"Mr. Linley or you can call me Steven"

"Yes sir. I'll have her back before 10"

"Okay see you Jess" my dad gives me a side hug and I walk out before Luke and I can hear my dad telling him to "his hands to himself"

"Sorry about my dad" I apologize to Luke

"Nah, he seems cool" he try's to erasure me

"My dad? Cool? Haha good one Luke" I laughing at the thought of that

" well you look nice Jess" he smiles at me

"Thanks" I say for both the compliment and he opens the passages door for me.

He jogs to the other side of the car and gets in .

"Well we're off" he smiles and squeeze my leg . He turns on the car and pulls out of the drive way.

After 10 minutes of leaving my house we're still driving. I thought we be there by now ? Were are we going ?

Uh Luke ? Were are we going?" I nervously ask him

" down town" he sweetly replies

Another 10 minutes go by and we finally arrive at a restaurant called

"the food here is great you'll love it" he opens the car door for me and reaches his arm out .

He links my arm around his and we walk in side .

"Reservation for Luke Huntington" he tells the hostess

"Oh yes right this way" the lady tells us well leading is to a nicely set table . Made with complete perfection . Luke pulls out chair for me and pushes me

"Hi I'm Stacey I'll be your waitress for this evening . Here are our menus . What can I get you two to drink?" She informs us

"Water" I tell her

"Coke" Luke follows after

"Okay I have that right with you" she turns and leaves to get our drinks

I open the menu and everything seems so good looking, the only problem is it's like 100 bucks for one meal! That's to much for me to pay back. Ugh

"Luke this food is expensive" I worry

"Relax I'm paying for you. You don't have to pay I'm taking you out . So I pay" he smiles and yet I do feel more relieved

The waitress returns and takes out orders . I order Wild Striped Bass and Luke orders Jidori Chicken. She tells us it'll be ready in 10 to 20 minutes . It is a Saturday and it's pretty busy so the tine limit is pretty acceptable .

"So tell me about yourself Jess" Luke stares at me from across the table.
