Chapter 6

Jessie POV.

The next morning I wake up to the smell of bacon . I put on high wasted shorts and a pow crop top with my swimsuit under neath

"Morning" I mess up hunters hair

"Morning sis, how's you sleep?" He smiles . Me and him have always been close and I'm really happy for that.

"Pretty good how about you punk" I pitch his cheeks and grab a few pieces of bacon and sit next to him

"GOOD! I had a dream about aliens and monster ! You were there two! And you fighting them off in a big BATTLE" amazement covers his face , oh he's also 5 years of age so don't think he's crazy

"Wow that cool!" It is pretty cool that he pictures me as such a hero .

"Oh hold on Hunt I have to take this call okay" I tell him kissing him on his cheek

"Hello?" I softly answer

"Hey" it's Luke

"I had fun last night"

"Me too" I smile

"Well I was wondering if you wanted to go for a walk on the beach?" Another date?

"Uh yeah sure what time?"

"Now" it's only 12pm

"I'm in front of your house"

"Okay go to the back and I'll meet you there " I tell him

"Okay bye" he hangs up

I run to my closet to get some sandals

"Dad ! I'm going out!!! Bye Hunter I'll see you later okay" I hug him goodbye and run out to the back

"Hey Jess" Luke smiles and gives me a hug

"Hey, why do you have surfboards?"

"We are surfing today, the waves look nice today" he smiles and hands me the smaller one

" I don't know how to surf though" I answer honestly . I'm never been surfing before and I never thought I would actually go ... I'm to afraid to even go in the ocean because of sharks, how will I be able to surf?

"Don't worry I'll teach you" he try's to comfort me , which is doing nothing. I'm freaking out on the inside ..

When we finally reach a spot were no one is found no sign of people .

"Where are we?"

"Oh this is my little private spot . I thought sense I saw yours you can see mine" he smiles . That really cute . He's letting me see something no one else has

"Okay now were gonna in . Not to deep tho because you've never been and the wave are pretty big out there so you'll have to stay closer to the shore" he informs me

"Okay let's go" I smile . I take off my shorts , shirt, and shoes. I begin to walk in to the ocean , it felt good on my burning skin . I should sum block on but I really need a tan .

When we got deep enough Luke stops me

"Alright this should be good, now lay on your board." I do as told "okay good now I'm gonna push you but your gonna have to use your arms to paddle so you can take off on the wave. Wait for my count"

"1..." He looks back at a wave stay calms

"2..." Oh my god I have to back out

"3!!!" But it's to late he starts to push me and I begin to paddle

"OKAY STAND UP NOW!" I hear Luke instruct me . I do as told and I stand up on my board with my arms out to keep my balance .

Once I got close enough to the shore I jump of my board and see Luke swim running towards me .

"Great Job for a beginner !" He hugs me and lifts me into the air

"Thanks" I say nervously

"Welcome well my turn" he smiles and grabs ahold of my board

"Wait here I'm gonna go deeper into the ocean so I can grab a big wave okay" he tells me and gives me a kiss one the cheek. I can feel my cheeks redden

"Sorry" his cheeks are probably redder then mine

He runs out into the ocean

after a few minutes I see him riding a wave. He looks sorta hot .. Real hot . How his arm muscle look and his 6 back that I've never notice till now . And his hair pushed back . Ugh

When he's done he comes back to the shore the way the water shines on his body makes him look good.

"Hey" he smiles while scratching the back of his neck

I tap a spot next to me so he can sit

"Here" he hands me a turkey sandwich

"Thank you"

We sit in silence well we eat . It's not an awkward silence more like a Comforting one.

My subconscious tells me

*shut up!* I fight her back
