Chapter 8

The next morning I called Luke telling him if we could take Hunter Out .

"HUNTER!" I call out for him "Luke's here!" I tell him

"I'm coming big sis!" He tells back he has swim trunks and a spider man t-shit

"Okay let's go"

I open the back door to wear like stands with a panic basket and blanket

"What are we doing?" I ask Luke

"Our private spot" he smiles and bends down to look Hunter in the eye

"Hi I'm Luke, I'm Jessie boyfriend" he smiles I can't help but have a dumb smile on my face for the word boyfriend

"I'm Hunter, I'm Jessie little Brother" he has the hugest smile on his face . He looks up at me then back to Luke . They shake hands and Luke stands up

"Everyone set?" We shake our heads yes

"Legs go then" he smiles grabbing my hand . Hunter does the same and grabs the other .

When we arrive Hunter looks amazed.

"Wow! The ocean is way different here then at home!" That's what I said !

"I know Jessie told me that same thing the other day" Luke replies to Hunter

"Really ? Wow big sis we have the same Brain or something" he tugs on my arm

"Yes Hunter I know" I remove his hand and I give him some toys to play with sand "here go get some sand and we'll build a sand castle" I tell him he nods in agreement and takes the bucket and shovel out of my hand and runs to the water .

"He really looks up to you huh" Luke smiles

"Yeah, I'm the only one who really know what he's saying" I smile and look towards Hunter

"Well now that he's gone I can do this" Luke wraps his arms around my waste and hugs me tight. He looks me in the eye and goes in for a kiss. Once our lips meet Hunter comes running back

"EW" he shouts!

"Trust me you'll want to this once you-" I hit Luke on his side to shut him up

His only five years old! He doesn't need to be filled with this kind of information at such a young age.

"Why did you hit me?" Hunter questions me

"He's just a big dummy and doesn't know what he's talking about . Well let's get to build the sand castle yeah?" I change the subject . I don't want to talk to Hunter about kissing or any of that.

"Yeah !"

We get closer to the ocean and we clear out a spot to were it's flat . We put the sand into a castle shaped bucket and make sure the sand is packed in the bucket before we flip it over. Once the sand is packed in we flip it over we tap the top of the bucket so the sand can come out. Once the castle is out in a perfect shape we start to build a mote around it. "This is where alligators go so the can protect the castle from thief's" I tell Hunter and he smiles. He such a happy kid . I've only seen him cry when he was a little baby but one he turned 2 he's never cried he just always accept everything. Even when the parents broke up. I was telling him it was okay to cry but all he said was Okay and he asked if I would play with him. He's really something else and he can make everyone happy when they feel down I just know he can. He's that type of person . I wish I was more like him .

"All done" Luke says after we finish he grabs some the blanket and lays it after he grabs sandwiches and place them down along with some fruits and vegetables. He pulls out

Soda, water and juice. He hands me and Hunter two sandwiches and tell us to pick what we wanted to drink and if we want fruit or vegetables . I grab fruit and Hunter get the other . Same as Luke . Luke and Hunter start talking about cars and bond while I eat my food In silence and enjoy the view. Luke's spot it way pretty then mine . Well he has lived here longer...

"Don't you think so Jess?" Luke ask breaking me away from my train of thought and bring me back to Real life

"Uh what was the question?" I ask

"I'm stronger the Hunter" he smiles down at Hunter thinking I'll say yes haha no

"No hunter is WAY stronger then you!" I take Hunter side

"Told you so !" Hunter rubs it in Luke's face

"Shush it" Luke glares at Hunter and he does the same to Luke . I can't help but laugh because they seem so close already. I like that.
