Gordan

The next day, Shavonda comes driving up to Gordan's house. With her usual stank attitude, she parks her car on the street & walks up to the house. Realizing she left her key at her apartment, Shavonda annoyingly rings the doorbell. Once. Twice. On the third time, someone answers the door. Brittney.

"What's good, Shavonda?" Brittney said, with a hand on her hip & the other hand on the front door.
"Well, if it isn't Brittney I Got A NFL player Williams." retorted Shavonda.
"Uhh, be sure to add AUNTIE in there too, trick."
Shavonda rolled her eyes.
"I came here to get my son, that's all. Funny how Gordan can get his lil' sister on me but can't face me like a man."
"When my brother told me about the shit you pulled while BOTH of my nephews were in the house, I came over here to make sure I checked your trife ass."
"You know what? Tell Brandon he can stay another day. I'm out of here."
She tried to walk away but Brittney grabbed her ponytail & pulled her back to the stoop. Shavonda yelped in pain.
"You are NOT leaving here until I get what I have to say off my chest."
Brittney let go of her hair & kept talking while Shavonda tried to play off almost getting snatched up.
"First of damn well all, you have absolutely NO right to put claims on Gordan. Especially when YOU cheated on him. When y'all were married, we hardly seen Gordan or Brandon. You tried to control him & isolate them from the family. But Gordan made sure his son knew us & that he wasn't gonna give us up for your sorry ass. Hell even when y'all were dating, you always talked down to Gordan & tried to change him into your lap dog. I guess in a way he did because he broke his damn back to make you happy. & how do you repay him in your marriage? An affair with his damn accountant? Bitch, you were LUCKY to have a man like Gordan & you did him dirty. As for sneaking in the house.....I would have went off on you regardless but when my babies are involved, you goddamn RIGHT we have something to talk about!"
Brittney stood in front of Shavonda with an enraged look on her face. Her light brown eyes were angry slits & Shavonda sat with a smirk on her face to conceal her guilt & fear.
"If I EVER hear you did some shit like this again, I will get you. Remember our father is a lieutenant for the LAPD & our mother is a partner at her law firm. They know how to get people off & cover shit up."
"Brittney." Gordan sternly said from inside the house. "Help Brandon get the rest of his stuff so he can leave with his....mom."
Shavonda jumped up from the stoop & Brittney stepped back with her hands on her hips.
"I was just telling my former sis that her nephew can stay an extra day with you, Gordan." she tried to readjust her ponytail that Brittney almost pulled off.
"You were never my damn sis. Brittany Johnson is my sister in law. You were just the jealous, hateful HOE my brother happened to marry."
Gordan snickered but had to step in between the ladies before things got physical.
"That is enough, y'all. Damn! Do you want Brandon to see this?"
Suddenly, they heard crunching in the house. Brandon emerged from the front door eating a bag of chips & sat down where his mother was.
"I did hear everything, Dad. I didn't want to...but I did. & Mom? I can stay another day here?" he asked, in a hopeful tone.
"That's what I said." Shavonda tightly responded.
Brandon beamed with delight & asked if he could come to get one of his other games from her apartment. Shavonda obliged & told Brandon to get in the car. Before leaving, he hugged Gordan & Brittney & said he would be back. When the boy got in the car, Gordan said, "The locks are changed in my house to prevent any more incidents like before. I trust my son over anything. But you? I wouldn't trust you over the Pope."
"You are so over dramatic, Gordan. I will bring OUR son back ASAP."
She gave Brittney a dirty look before going to her car & driving away.
"Gordan, I'm calling a squad car to follow her ass. I don't trust her at all...." said Brittney.
He sighed & hugged his sister. "Do what you have to do, sis. She may be crazy as hell when it comes to me....but Brandon she loves. I know it for a fact."
Brittney hugged Gordan back & prayed he was right.
