Your POV
          I found myself wandering around in a desert,  with a crazy weird warlock guy, who seemed very dramatic about me getting this lamp, and his very annoying talking parrot who kept complaining and bossing me around. I swear I think I'm gonna blow. But the question is who am I? Well my name is Y/n L/n, I'm just a normal beggar girl, who often steals from the guards.  It's actually funny seeing their faces.  I live on the streets or in old abandoned houses with my pet p/t (pet type) her/his name is p/n (pets name.  Oops forgot to mention these didn't I?) I was getting tossed and blown around by the wind that smacked my face. Can this day any worse? And suddenly when we stopped in a certain part of the desert, a giant head of a tiger or some sort of feline made of sand, whatever it was, appeared in front of me. 'Just had to jinx it didn't ya?' I thought to myself.  It started talking in a very deep voice, it sounded very threatening and menacing. It then opened its mouth, technically dropping its jaw to meet the sandy floor.  I craned my neck back to look at the massive entrance, I looked behind me as the warlock dude and parrot motioned for me to enter. I gulped and reluctantly stepped inside, my pet p/t staying close to me. P/n stared in awe at all the jewels that littered the tavern.  "Remember p/n, do NOT touch anything else, EXCEPT the lamp were supposed to get," I said looking at the p/t with a serious expression. He/she gave me a 'are you serious' look and I just nodded my head. The p/t just rolled its eyes and resumed gazing at the sparkling treasures. We stepped over a beautiful blue carpet, laced with gold, but what I didn't notice, was that it floated up and started following us.  I had a feeling that something was following us, and I would constantly look behind me to see if anything was there, but to my avail noting was.  I ignored it for awhile, until I heard shrieks and consistent growling coming from p/n.  I looked back at him/her and managed to get a glimpse of blue, in the corner of my eye. I looked ahead, pretending I didn't see anything. Then there it was I saw it inching towards p/n about to pull his/her tail. I reacted fast and grabbed the corner and tossed it in front of me. I look at it puzzled... "a magic carpet?" I said, I walked closer to it but it flew the other direction and hid behind a pile of jewels.  "Hey, hey, don't worry I won't hurt you, I'm sorry for earlier, you startled me that's all." I said as I held my hands out,  and spoke in a soft voice.  It slowly came out and came in front of me, "see, there we go," I said smiling. I then continued searching for the lamp, with the occasional squeak or screech emitting from p/n. Finally, we came to a large room, with a large stone staircase leading up, to who knows where. I put p/n down and told the carpet to looked after him/her. I started my assent up the stairs, by the time I was at the top, I was literally wheezing, with my hands on my knees trying to catch my breath.  STAIRS. ARE. MEAN. Stairs are my mortal enemy... ok I might be exaggerating but... meh. (I actually love stairs in real life, don't judge me) I finally got over my wheezing fit and stood up, glancing around until I spotted an old golden lamp. I slowly leaned in about to grab it, but what I didn't know was that p/n was currently being held back.  He/She struggled against the carpets grip, slowly inching towards the ruby.  Just as I had the lamp in my hands, p/n touched the ruby, and that's when everything began to crumple.  I grabbed p/n and the carpet ad started running.  'Wait... y/n you should've taken the magic carpet!!!! Idiot!!' I face-palmed and looked around for the carpet.  I found it stuck under some rubble.  I quickly freed it and climbed on top with p/n next to me.  We started flying towards the entrance, we were almost there until we were hit.  I jumped and grabbed onto the ledge, I begged and pleaded for the warlock to help me.  But he just told me to hand him the lamp.  I handed it to him and again, asked for help.  He looked at me with a smirk.  He just started to release my grip as I struggled.  Before I let go p/n launched at him and managed to take the lamp before we fell and darkness consumed me.
