DAY6 One Shots

1-3 ASC (Jae)

Today is the day, when DAY6 are going to attend After School Club. Since I'm the MC, I needed to be there a bit earlier than the boys. I was about to leave, when Sungjin stopped me.
„Hyung, wait, we're ready, we can ride a van together."
I hummed in response and waited for four boys leaving the dorm. When we all gathered in the van, I got a phone call from Kevin. In the same time, Brian got a call from PD-nim.

„Hello? Kevin hyung?"
„Jae? Thanks God you picked up. Soohyun on the phone... Kevin is feeling bad, he fainted in the morning and we are in the hospital now, he needed to get an infusion. He insisted on attending ASC today, but doctors didn't let him. I'm sorry."
„Oh, it's ok hyung, I wish Kevin hyung will be ok soon."
„Ok. Thank you Jae. I have to go now, doctors want to talk to us. Bye."
„Bye."

I hung up and looked at Brian, who was also calling.

„Younghyun-ssi? Good morning, this is PD of After School Club."
„Good morning PD-nim, Younghyun on the phone."
„I know you guys are coming to ASC today, I would like to ask you, if you could fill Kevin's spot today, he's feeling sick and he can't come."
„Kevin hyung is feeling sick? I hope it's not anything serious... Of course, I can do it."
„Thank you very much Younghyun-ssi. After you come here, we will go through the script together. I have to go now, see you in a while. Bye."
„Bye PD-nim."

Brian hung up and I saw, that he was nervous. Before I had a chance to ask, what was happening, he looked at me and spoke:
„Looks like Jaehyungparkian MC show returns."
„Huh?" He must think I'm stupid... I was lost in my thoughts.
„Hello? Hyung? Are you here with us?" I saw Brian's hand waving in front of my face and I grab it. I saw he blushed slightly.
„Sike, Brian, stop it, it's annoying."
I laughed. Then I became serious again. „I was thinking about Kevin. You know, he officially left U-KISS, but he is still with them, preparing the graduation concert. I guess he was practising too much."
„Hyung, after we finish at ASC, we can go to visit him." He said.
I smiled. „That's a good idea Brian."
„Aish hyung! How many times do i have to tell you it's YoungK? Who is Brian? I'm YoungK. I don't know Brian. YoungK. YoungK." I didn't say anything, I just smiled. This kid...

Soon we arrived to the ASC studio and me and Brian went to read the script. Today's guest were Eric Nam and Somi, our labelmate. I heard Brian yesterday and I still have to think about it. Well, I love him too, but as my brother. Not... Not like he would probably wish... At least I can try to make it less awkward for him. I was feeling the same before, towards someone else, so I know how awkward and hard it was to be around that person. When we were doing the V-app before the show, fans kept asking about our couple name. Yes, I invented that name. And I didn't know he would take it so seriously.

It was a time of the show. Everything went fine until some fan sent in a question about love, reminding Brian about his broken heart. I saw that he was nervous, almost unable to speak. He started to answer, but he could finish his sentence. Tears started streaming on his cheeks. First I didn't know what to do, since I know this was all because of me, but Sungjin slightly hit my shoulder and whispered:
„Go. He needs you."
I approached Brian and hugged him tightly. Gently stroking his back, I started to whisper comforting words. Soon he started to calm down and we finished the show.

We went back to the waiting room and Brian sat on a chair, face is his hands.
„Gosh this was so embarrassing..." He said. I sat next to him and hugged him again.
„It's ok, Brian." I was not sure if I should tell him, that I heard him, or not. I think it would be better not to say anything now. Maybe later...
„Thank you hyung."
„For what? I didn't do anything..."
„Thanks for being here."
„No matter what happens Brian, I'll always be here for you."
„Promise?"
„Promise."
„Ok, let's go to visit Kevin!" We stood up and went to the hospital to see Kevin.
