Night was approaching..
The weather wasn't getting better.
At all.
Alex and Grace sat at the dining table, eating and chatting as usual.
I hope Jamin doesn't get to worried... Thought Grace as the two ate.
"Alex..?"
"Yes, Grace?"
"Jamin gave me a weird rock, i have it here with me but Jamin said it was really special.."
Alex:
Deep down i knew exactly what that 'rock' was... Jamin told me every detail about it.
I must go with the flow...
Grace:
"Jamin told me about it..." Said Alex
"But i have no idea why he gave it to you.
Grace looked disappointed.
"Its okay, i was just wondering."
She tried shooting a smile.
"Maybe you should head to bed, Gracy. Its getting late." Said Alex
"Good idea."
"I will be in my room if you need me"
Grace went to the sofa and soon fell asleep.
Alex:
I wish Jamin was here.
He would know what to do.
I can't just tell her that her uncle left to go to a secret city, Deliera.
Maybe i should come with her back home tomorrow, so she isnt alone when she loses him.
This is way to much pressure...
Alex soon fell asleep, with only her in his thoughts...
Grace..

"Wake up Alex!" Yelled grace as she jumped onto his bed, she fallen awkward when she realized how close she was to him then back awayed quickly.
Alex's eyes opened slowly.
"Im sorry" whispered Grace
"About what" he said confused.
"Nothing dont worry" she laughed feeling glad he didn't notice.
"Breakfast?" He asked Grace.
"Im okay, Alex.. I bet Jamin has breakfast already for me, Thankyou though" said Grace
"I bet he doesn't, please. Allow me to make you breakfast."
Grace frowned. "Im sorry Alex. I must leave."
Grace walked out the room and picked up her sword and the rock.
Alex followed behind her.
"Alex? Whats going on?"
"Allow me to walk you back home" he replyed with a grin
Grace couldn't help but smile. "Fine"
She picked the rest of her belongings up and headed out the door.
Alex:
I dont want to see her cry.
But its going to happen.
She is to precious for all this. Jamin shouldn't of chosen her, he should of chose me.
So all the danger is in my hands.
Instead of hers.
I just wish Jamin told Grace about the plan aswell, and not just me.
But he didn't.
That idiot.
I can't see her cry.
Grace...
Grace:
Grace walked out the door with Alex following close behind.
The storm caused lots of damage over the village, some trees had fallen, puddles of water were everywhere.
"Oh dear... I hope Jamin is okay" She said.
"Yes."
They continued walking until they were at Jamins house
This is it
thought Alex.
Grace opened the door.
"Hello Jamin, sorry i was at Alex's house last night i didn't end up coming home because of the stor-"
"Hello? Jamin?"

"Grace.." Said Alex, "im so sorry"
"What is it Alex?" Said Grace
"Jamin..." He paused. "Has gone.."
Worry erupted in Graces face.
"Its okay... Calm down, please" he comforted her anyway he could.
Grace screamed out in tears
Alex seeing her cry was like seeing a innocent child being killed, it was torture to watch.
Once she calmed he took her inside the house, and grabbed her belongings for her.
Alex:
This is for a good cause.
I just can't see such a beautiful girl cry..
She thinks he is dead...
Jamin.. Why?
Just why...
I shall follow his orders. For his sake.
And possibly Graces sake aswell.
Grace:
"Don't cry Grace" said Alex.
She refused to awnser.
Alex looked over to see a older lady at the door, Morn.
"Morn, hello" said Alex.
Morns eyes widened.
"Alex... You have grown so much"
"Morn, im so sorry, now isn't a good time, i have a crying girl to deal with."
Alex didn't want to tell Morn about Jamins 'death'.
"Its okay sweetie." She replyed as she handed him a basket of vegetables.
"Give them to Jamin for me" she said as she departed.
How sweet of her... Alex thought as he entered the kitchen.
"Alex.. What are you doing?" Sobbed Grace.
"Making you a soup."
He is way to kind. Thought Grace.

Grace waited as she watched Alex cutting the food up, his blond hair covering his brown, hazel eyes.
It detracted her from the sadness, after awhile she even offered to help.

After they sat together at the table.
"This soup is really nice, Alex. Thankyou"
"When i was little my Mother taught me how to cook."
Grace smiled, "I remember your Mother, she was so kind to me."
"She was always kind" Alex smiled.
After they both washed the dishes in warm water.
"Alex..." Said Grace shyly.
"Yes, Grace"
"You might aswell stay the night, its late and i don't want to risk you getting eaten alive by a bear."
Alex laughed "Whatever you say, Gracy. May i ask the real reason you want me here?"
Grace looked intimidated.
"Well, i can't stand being in a house alone.. especially at night."
Tears formed in Grace's eyes again,
"I want Jamin back" she yelled
Alex looked at her hopelessly.
He reached for her hand but she pulled away and looked at him awkwardly.
He grabbed her arm anyway and sat her down on the sofa.
"Cut it out Grace." He said, "i can't do anything about it if you're going to push me away everytime i try to help you."
She looked at him directly in the eyes.
"Im so sorry"
Alex:
The gulit in her eyes, her beautiful eyes.
It killed me.
Seeing her cry was depressing, such a beautiful, perfect girl shouldn't deserve to feel this way.
I would break myself to fix her.
But apparently im unbreakable
Because i can't ease her pain.
Grace:
He had a great point... Thought Grace feeling guilty.
Alex layed himself down on the couch.
"I will get you a blanket" said Grace
She came back and handed it to him.
"Thanks Gracy"
Grace layed down on the other couch and got her own blanket.
"Grace i thought you would be sleeping in your bedroom?" Said Alex confused.
"To be honest.. Im to scared to." She replyed.
"You still have fears of sleeping by yourself?"
"Yes, Alex. I do."
Alex smiled.
"Its okay"
