In case you don't know what Phonto is, it's an app that allows you to add text to an image. It's free on the App Store but you can pay to unlock extra features like '3D' and 'Erase'.
The best part about Phonto is that it allows you to download fonts. To do this, follow the following steps:
Step 1: Open your browser and go to dafont.com. Here there is a library of free fonts.
Step 2: Browse around and pick the font that speaks to your soul.
Step 3: Click the 'download' button.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the page shown below. Click the 'Open in Phonto' option.
Step 5: Phonto will open and there will be all this stuff about the font. Ignore that and click 'Install'
Step 6: Now that you've installed the font, insert text onto a picture and click the option to change the font. You should be able to find the font in the 'My Fonts' tab (check bottom of the screen). The fonts are placed in alphabetical order.
And that's all there is to it! If you need help with any aspect of the app, ask away and I'll do my best to help.
Until next time, you know you love me
xoxo, Mandi 💋
