I would just like to take this moment to say hello.
Today we will be learning to make the cover shown above.
It's hella basic, but sometimes simple is better :) if anything, this is more of an idea/inspiration (for your future covers/edits) than a tutorial.
But anyway,
Firstly, you need to find the picture you want on the front of your cover. I chose this picture of Ariana, then proceeded to crop it to the book cover size (with the Wattpad Covers app):
Once you've done that, head on over to Phonto. These are the fonts I used:
Before you proceed to place around your text, you may want to go on Google and get a rough feel of what magazines should look like:
Have fun with it and come up with something great and spectacular. If you're putting text on the side, then make it about the content of the book - but I'm sure you knew that. If you want to put the ISBN, Google: ISBN. My really basic one's up top, but here's another one I did:
