*One year later*

Stiles: Malia, I don't know if I can do this.

Malia: Oh my god, are you serious right now, Stiles?

Malia: You're texting me right before you walk down the aisle to get married?!

Stiles: Yes, because I'm scared! I'm freaking out!

Malia: Well, where's your dad? Wouldn't it be better if you talked to him?

Stiles: He went to the bathroom.

Stiles: I feel like I'm going to be sick...

Malia: Stiles, calm down okay? Stop acting like a little princess. You're going to be fine. You can do this.

Stiles: What if I can't?

Malia: You have been engaged for just over a year now and have been planning this wedding for months. You were all excited about it up until this morning. Why the sudden change of heart?

Stiles: What if something goes wrong? What if Scott will wake up tomorrow and not love me anymore?

Malia: Seriously?

Stiles: ...

Malia: I think both you and I know that will never happen.

Malia: Scott loves you so much, Stiles. He loves you more than anything in the world. I can see it in his eyes every time he looks at you. There's no way that will ever change. I think you know that too.

Stiles: But we're only 19. Isn't that a little... Young to get married?

Malia: Age is just a number. Numbers and time can't measure the mysterious and magical thing called love.

Malia: If you truly love one another, that's why you get married. It doesn't matter what your age is.

Malia: Okay, so maybe don't get married when you're 4 years old or something, but you know what I mean.

Stiles: I guess so.

Malia: Do you love Scott?

Stiles: Of course. I love him with all my heart and I always will.

Malia: Then there's not a problem.

Malia: Nerves are normal on a wedding day, Stiles. I can see Scott waiting up the front. He looks very nervous too. Scared even.

Stiles: Really?

Malia: Really. He wants this to work just as much as you do. I promise you as soon as you walk down the aisle and you're by Scott's side, all of your nerves and doubts will fade away. Everything will feel right. You will know that this is what you want. You'll feel silly for ever feeling nervous about it. I promise.

Stiles: Thanks, Mal. You're an amazing friend, you know that?

Malia: Of course. If on the VERY off chance things go wrong, I'll be here to pick up the pieces.
