It's 4am on Saturday morning and almost everyone is asleep in the Stilinski household. Almost everyone. The last movie finished an hour ago. Lydia and Malia passed out before the movie finished. Liam went to sleep right after the movie. Kira, Allison and Isaac stayed up talking for about half an hour before they crashed too. The Sheriff is up in his room, sleeping. This only leaves Scott and Stiles awake. Stiles snuggles up closer to Scott on the sofa as they watch their friends sleep peacefully on the floor. Stiles' legs are curled up on the sofa. Liam and Malia are snoring a little. Scott wraps his arm around Stiles' shoulders. Stiles leans his head against Scott's chest, listening to the sound of his soothing heartbeat. "So much for Malia saying that she would stay up longer than everyone else." Scott chuckles a little.

"Yeah, she always thinks she can stay up all night at sleepovers, but she generally is the first to crash." Stiles replies with a small smile. Scott enjoys being close to Stiles, feeling his body lean again his, the warmth radiating off him. It makes Scott a little bit sleepy, but he forces himself to stay awake with Stiles. "How are you with staying up all night then?" Scott asks curiously. "Oh, I've done it many times. It used to be hard, but now, I find it kind of easy. The trick is not to close your eyes for more than a second." Stiles replies cheerfully. Stiles intertwines his hand with Scott's free hand, making the tanned boy smile. "What about you?" Stiles asks, raising an eyebrow slightly as he tilts his head up to look at Scott. "I don't think I've ever stayed up all night. 6am was my limit." Scott says sheepishly, causing Stiles to chuckle. Stiles quickly checks the time on his phone before looking back up at Scott.

"Well, you're only two hours away from that record." Stiles encourages his boyfriend, making him smile.

"Two hours are a long time if you're tired." Scott points out.

"Are you tired?"

"Kind of, but I want to stay awake with you. I'm enjoying this. I want this moment right here, right now, to last." Scott explains. The boy in his arms smiles in response. "Aww, Scotty, that's so sweet." Stiles comments, making Scott blush a little. "Thanks." Scott replies. Stiles moves his thumb over Scott's warm hand, which is still intertwined with his.

"Are you tired?" Scott asks curiously. Stiles considers the question for a moment.

"Not really, no. After all that time I spent lying around in hospital, I don't think I'll be tired for a while." Stiles explains.

"Fair enough." Scott shrugs. Stiles continues to listen to Scott's steady heartbeat. He shuffles closer to Scott, if that was even possible. "Everyone looks so cute sleeping on the floor." Stiles comments as he gazes over to his friends. Lydia is curled up a little in the corner of the room, Liam is lying on his side, Malia is lying flat on her back with Kira's head on her stomach, Isaac is sitting up against the wall with Allison's head in his lap, her body curling around him a little. Everyone looked so innocent. "They do," Scott agrees with a smile.

"And I'm sure that they would say we look so cute for snuggling up next to each other on the sofa." Scott adds on. Stiles nods in agreement. "Yeah." He says. The two boys continue to sit there in peaceful silence for a few moments.

"Hey, remember that night when you woke me up at 4am because you were drunk texting me and then I had to go pick you up from that party?" Stiles asks with a smirk.

"No, but don't remind me." Scott groans in dismay. He still remembers nothing from that night. He is thankful that Stiles did pick him up and bring him home though. "That was some party." Stiles says, ignoring Scott's warning.

"You weren't the only one completely out of it, don't worry. Pretty much everyone was." Stiles tells Scott as he gazes up into his chocolate brown eyes. Not that he can see them well in the dark though. "Well, I'm just glad that I had a responsible friend like you looking out for me." Scott says, squeezing Stiles' shoulder a little.
