Kristen: Come on, we have a class.

Sia: I'm not going. I can't see Matt now.

Kristen: (sighs) Okay...

Corridor

Ryan: Hey, Kristen!

Kristen: (stops and turns around) Heey! (Grins)

Ryan: (scoffs) Going to class?

Kristen: Yep.

Ryan: Can I join you?

Kristen: Of course you can.

Ryan: (grins)

Kristen: Where's Chris?

Ryan: I don't know, he said he wasn't coming. So how are you doing?

Kristen: I'm doing great.

Classroom

Matt: (looks around) (sighs) Alright, everybody, I've got your marks.

(noise)

Matt: Shut up if you want to know your marks!

Ryan: (whispers to Kristen) Whew, he looks angry.

Kristen: (sighs) Well, yeah. He kinda broke up with Sia.

Ryan: Oh my god!

Kristen: You don't look so sad.

Ryan: (shakes his head) I mean, why?

Kristen: I'm surprised you don't know.

Ryan: Oh. Crap. He found out about the -

Kristen: Yes, yes he did. Tell your friend to behave a little.

Ryan: (frowns) I thought he apologised?

Kristen He did?

Matt: Ryan and Kristen! Will you finish your conversation outside?

While Ryan was already finding his way out, Kristen murmured a 'sorry' then giggled and followed Ryan.

Corridor

Kristen: You didn't even bother to say sorry!

Ryan: (grins) I know, I hate his class anyway.

Kristen: (smiles)

Ryan: (rubs the back of his head) I've been meaning to ask for a while, do you want to...um... hangout sometime?

Kristen: (stares at him) Sure!

Without thinking, she hugs Ryan quickly and plants a small kiss on his cheek. Then she blushes and quickly runs away.

Ryan: (smiles to himself)

Chris' room

Chris: (paces around the room)
This is harder than I thought!

Ryan: (enters the room and looks at Chris suspiciously) What's up?

Chris: Sia and I made up, okay?

Ryan: That's good.

Chris: And now it's harder to tell her I like her because I'm afraid of scaring her away!

Ryan: Then don't tell her now! Wait until you get your friendship back and get closer to each other, then wait for the perfect time.

Chris: It's not that easy. (Sighs) I'll do my best.

Ryan: Anyway...

Chris: (eyes him) Hmmm?

Ryan: I (clears throat) asked Kristen out.
