" Cause you are still a 14 year old and need a education" Batman says while typing at the computer
" Artemis attends the school as well" He adds and I perk up.
" Really? Oh can I go see her!" I ask hopefully
" No" He says without even looking at me and my shoulders drop
" You need to go to your uniform fitting"
He says and hands me a piece of paper out of no where. I huff and walk back to my room. I change out of my suit and into some warmer clothes

I begin walking down the cave halls. I hear footsteps behind me, by the stomp of the footsteps it is a teen, the light weight tells me it's a younger member most likely Robin
" Hey Boy Wonder" I say as he appears beside me
" Hey Arianna" He smiles
" Where you off to"
" Uniform fitting I am going to Wayne Acadmey" I say.
" Hey I- Artemis goes there too"
" Yeah that's what Bats said" I say as we approach the tubes.
" Want me to go with you?"
" Sure I could use the company"
We enter the Tube and exit the old phone booth. We walk the streets chatting. We near the street. We stop outside a big store labeled ' Manny's Uniform store' I giggle
" They have a store specifically for uniforms"
" Yeah it is a usually pretty handy and The School is super prestigious" He says
I am tempted to ask him his identity and how he knows all this. I wanna know who he is. What's behind that mask- well sunglasses.
He must weird looks when he wears them inside. We walk in and he says he is going to the restroom. I walk up to the counter and tell her my info. She tells me to wait to the side with another girl. I stand beside her.
" Hi are you attending Wayne Acadmey as well" She asks me and I look at her
" Yeah"
" Oh well I am Barbara" She offers her hand and I take it.
We begin to chat. I learned that she was getting her uniform fixed cause she ripped it on her skirt. I check the time and Robin hasn't gotten back from the bathroom. I can't exactly go check on him. I am interrupted by the lady coming and taking our measurement. After that we wait another 30 minutes for the hemming. We revive our uniforms.
" Well your rip is fixed" I laugh and she joins in. We walk out
" Well Arianna find me Monday and you can hang with me and Artemis and Dick "
She offers and I nod smiling.
" Have a good rest of your Thursday" She walks down the sidewalk to the right and I walk to the left.
I stroll and soon realize I was paying zero attention when me and Robin walked here and have no clue where I am. Robin ditched me. He left me all alone. I hang my head and continue walking down the street.
I come across an alley. Is this it? I walk down it and near a dead end. I groan and turn around but am punched in the face. I hold my eye. But get a kick in the gut. I am meet with another punch in my arm. I get kicked in my leg.
Holy crap that hurt. I look up with my good eye I see it's that Blue haired boy from yesterday. I panic, I have no weapons with me but I stand up and dodge another punch, I duck under his arm and trip him with my leg that wasn't kicked.He falls to the floor and I take off in a sprint/limp.
Remember Arianna, Come on. I think on it while passing a ice cream store I stop in my tracks and look around, This store we passed it coming out of the telephone booth. I run down the nearest alley. I hide behind the booth for a minute. I wait till the coast is clear then enter the booth 'recognized Shadow B8'
I stumble out of the Tube. M'gann and Conner where sparing. M'gann glances at me then does a double take
" ARIANNA OH MY GOSH"
She flies over to me. She helps me stand. I can tell I have a black eye and leg is bruised, my stomach should be ok. Hopefully.
" Are you alright, what happened?"
" I was attacked by the guy from the museum" Conner call Batman and the team"
She demands and he quickly pulls up the holographic computer and hits the call button, he click Artemis, Wally, Aqualad , Batman and Robin. I look down, he left me.
Maybe I wouldn't have gotten attacked if he was with me. The Zeta Tube starts going off and team member start to get here. Batman appears alongside Robin and I can't look him in the eye "Shadow what happened" Batman asks coming over to me.
" I was attacked, cause I was alone, lost and in the dark zero direction, I was vulnerable" I say quietly, I may be over reacting to someone else's eyes, but I was hurt and felt sad.
Realization hits me. I wasn't sad cause I was attacked that could happen any time m. I was sad because Robin left me. I was sad because I liked Robin!
