I open my eyes and squint from the radiating light. A bright blinding light from a lamp shines down as I yank at my hands and feet. They are strapped onto a chair. I struggle till I hear footsteps and lift my head up.
"Hello?!" I angrily ask.
"Miss Hathaway!" He greets and pulls the light away "my name is Dr. Deathly! I am here because someone special asked me to run tests on you and do some of my experiments!"He says like a giddy kid getting ready to open presents on Christmas. I shake my head
"What?"
"You have an Incredible power locked inside you and this man is paying me a lot to take it out" He grins evilly and walks away bring a camera and tripod back. He opens a laptop and sets it on a table.
"But I wouldn't be a villain if I didn't torture the other good guys." A ding sound goes off and a ringing starts. He faces the laptop towards me and I wrinkle my eyebrows
"You are face calling someone?" I ask and suddenly someone answers.
"Kid Flash?" I sat and Wally's eyes widen
" SHADOW WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN IT HAS BEEN TWO DAYS EVERYONE HAS BEEN WORRIED SICK?" He shuns me and I yank at my hand
"Kinda been tied up" I say between closed teeth. He was gone for a second then back with all the team.
"Shadow!" They all day and the Dr turns the camera towards himself
"Hello!" He says all dramatic and then points at me. "I am going to unlock your friends gifts!" He says and suddenly I see a large needle.
"Hey what are you doing" He shows the camera and then plunges it in my arm. I wince and groan but suddenly a black liquid corses into the IV. My breathing quickens as it enters me.
I feel it corse through me and erupt into my body I widen my eyes and begin to shake. It hurts! Everything hurts. A scream bubbles inside me and I feel something over take me. I arch my back and let out a scream. Everything shakes as things fall off of shelves. The camera shakes and crashes to the floor breaking.
I stop and the Doctor gets up, I can't move I was drained. "Marvelous! This will be fun"

My eyes dart open. I am no longer in the doctors room but a dungeon looking area. My hands were bound with chains and connected to a wall. I stand up and yank on the chains. Nothing happens, obviously and I sigh
"HELLO!" I shout and my voice echoes off the walls. Steps echo towards me as a man appears. He had grey thin hair that was felled back and he had on a suit.
"Hello Arianna, I am Mark, Mark Herth I am the one paying the Doctor. I want this power, and I am gonna get it" He steps closer and leans down "by any means necessary"
"Why? Why me!? What do I have?" He shakes his head and turns around
"You have gifts dear, amazing gifts that you won't even begin to understand" He says walking towards me. "I will have them" his face turns cold as he turns around walking down the dark hall
"Wait! Let me go! My friends will find me!"
