I stared at the scene in front of me. Pointing the gun at the Zombie I hesitate as Dick shouts out

"Take the Shot" I pull the trigger and the bullet slices through the Zombie.

"Winners! Plants! "

Dick and Wally jump up fist bumping. I laugh and join them. This game may be meant for children but it was fun. I cheer and high five Wally and jump onto Dick wrapping my legs around him and shoving my fist into the air. His arm snakes around my waist.

"Artemis is calling!" He says and looks down. I frown and get down.

"How long have they been dating again?" I ask and Dick plays along

"I don't know? Hmmmm I think a few months but I know you should never ignore your girlfriend! I know better" He says looking down at me. I nod and we both in sync turn to Wally and he rolls his eyes

"Fine! Whatever" He snaps and grabs his jacket walking away. "I will be back later"

He speeds away and I laugh with Dick.

"So what now?" I ask and he shrugs about to say something when our watches beep. I groan and he smiles.

"Come on" he grabs my waist and pulls me along. We zeta to the Mountain where everyone waited.

I had already changed soloing with Dick who I could tell felt awkward in his Robin suit. Lately he had been questioning his role as Robin and I was to. No matter how much I look up to Batman as my mentor he can be cold at times.

"There is trouble in town" Aqualad says and frowns. I look at everyone and realize how much everyone has changed.

"There is a search and rescue going down after a storm but only we have the resources to search the whole place, everyone gets a section search it all!" We get assigned sections and head off. I was sadly far away from Dick but maybe it was a good thing so I could fully focus.

I get there and sadness hits me. The place was a disaster. Crumbled buildings people slowly making there way across the unsteady paths. I yell out

"Everybody step back" They all step back and I toss a scanner into the air, I pulled up the scans on my watch and a hologram popped up.

"You! Check right here" I commanded, the scan read 6 bodies and I stuck the two guards over here on each finding one. I carefully climb up and slip into the destruction.

After saving three people alive I get to the fourth and final, the other two are safe and now I slip in between two wooden planks and see a child laying still. My breathing hitches and I get closer.

"Hello, can you here me?" I ask and the body twitches. Turning around the small girl has blood running down her face

"You did this to me" She says and I widen my eyes in fear

"What?"

"You did this to me! They said they killed us all because of you! Because you didn't go back and killed Dean" I step back and my breathing picks up.

"Who are you!"I ask and she shakes her head.

"I blame you for my death" with that the life in her eyes leaves and I rush forward feeling for a pulse. I take out a knife and barely cut her arm. A little blood pokes out and I gasp loudly, Well more of a breaking point.

They killed this little girl to get to me? Why! Why would anyone do that!? I scramble up and stick my knife in my thigh holster. I shake my head and take a breath. I crawl out of the spot and wipe my eyes.

I meet up with the team "everyone safe?" Aqualad asks since I was the last person and I nod, he nods and we leave.

Arriving the the Cave I sat in the darkness till I spot the Batmobile roll in. I stood up and Batman hops out his cape flowing behind him.

"Shadow!" He says surprised and I wave a little bit and he sits in his large chair typing at the Batcomputer, something about Joker. A news report pops up and Joker interrupts it.

"Batsy!!!! It's me!!!!!! I wonder if you would like join me for a card game! If not these people die Hahahahahaha hahahahah haha" He cackles and turns the screen off. Batman goes over to the plane and I take a step forward.

" Can I Come? I can get the hostages out while you get Joker?" Batman gives me a look and i bits my lip. He nods but grabs something out of the darkness.

"Yeah but, I have something I had someone working on for you" I take the case and pop it open. A smile plasters on my face and I change quickly hoping in the Plane.
