Once joseph reaches the hospital he starts yelling at the nurse's to tell him what room. "please calm down sir then he will tell you" the doctor says walking into the scene. "ok there, where is she" joseph says on the edge of the earth "room 160, its to the right about 5 doors down" the doctor says moving onto his next patient.

Joseph walks into the room to see the love of his life lying there lifeless it almost looks like a crime scene straight out of csi. Wires are going every which way to keep her alive. Joseph chocks back the tears that are ready to fall, he rushes to her side grabbing her hand.

"Emily my sweet, sweet Emily what did you do?" he asks wishing that she would respond "I heard that if you talk to someone in a coma they can still hear you they just can't reply so here goes nothing" he says taking a deep breath "I love you Emily, I have since first grade when it was just called puppy love, now so many years have gone by, and my love has strengthened, I have stayed by your side since then, though all your crushes and now your heart break, every day you thought I was playing around when I said loving stuff, not realising I have been waiting for so long. I want you to be happy and spoiled and never feel down and depressed, even if it means I'm in pain and depressed because I love you with my heart and my soul." He finishes off in tears he hears a whisper saying I love you too joseph but he ignores it until he hears it again.
