Hey, you guys! So, I just wanted to catch some of you old readers or introduce you new readers to a new point of view on the Percy Jackson World. I started this fanfiction a long time ago, but it's finally summer and I decided to go back and check out how much I had improved in my writing. And let me say, I had way too many grammar and spelling errors. So, I decided to rewrite this story. (Even though the story is still the same.) I'm still trying my best to improve my writing, so please don't be so mean in the comment. (Trust me, I'm trying my hardest.) Also, if you would like for me to make a certain scene throughout this story, feel free to comment and give me ideas. Well, that is it for now. Thank you guys so much for open this story up and having the interest to read it. I hope you guys enjoy it!
Signing out, Farah

Being different in this world is something that all of us are.
But some of us are more different than different. (If that makes sense.)
Well, I am one of those people.
And it is really hard being more different than different. (Again, hope that makes sense.)
But when I say 'more different than different,' I really mean it.
My name is Sarah Brooks.
I have dark, straight, long hair that goes up to my chest.
I have bright blue eyes with a small, fragile nose.
My grades are good, but I think I'm mediocre. Just in the A's and B's.
I dress kind of weird. I mean, I like to dress in tank tops and blouses, skinny jeans and flats. Yet at the same, time I like to wear jerseys and sporty clothes. (I don't think it's weird, but I am told so, but whatever.)
I enjoy to read and to draw, but I'm not very of a social person because I really don't have a lot to talk about.
I lost both of my parents in an accident when I was two, and I don't even remember what they looked like. And I know it's bad, but I don't even remember their names. But, what can I do? What is in the past is in the past, and I can't alter it either...
I've been living in an orphanage, for the past 12 years, and I recently just got adopted. Sure, it was hard to leave the orphanage, but moving from Virginia to the Big Apple might not be that bad. Of course, that is what I thought until my second dad got into an accident and is now in the hospital and will have to stay in rehabilitation for 3 more months. (I know, I'm surrounded by people who just leave, but hey, you get used to it.) So now I am stuck with my second mom for three months alone, in an okay apartment. She doesn't like me much, but neither will a lot of people...
