Vanessa POV

Riker was taking me to a place but I have no idea where the hell he's taking me. But I couldn't keep my mind straight. What does Rydel and Laura mean by it's a special date. Eh whatever.

V: so babe where are you taking me?

Ri: you'll see.

10 minutes later

Riker POV

I put a scarf around Vanessa's eyes and she kept complaining on why she had to wear it. I just laughed. She's so cute. But I'm really nervous on asking her to marry me. I hope she says yes. I take off the scarf and she starts tearing up.

V: You brought me to the beach and prepared a dinner on it. With candles and roses.

Ri: do you like it?

V: more like love it!

Vanessa and I ate and talked and laughed. After all this I took her on a boardwalk. She suddenly started shivering so I took my coat off and put it around her.

V: Thank You

Ri: Anything for you

V: The night is so beautiful

Ri: Not as beautiful as you.

V: (blushes)

Ri: come with me Ness (grabs her hand)

V: Where are we going?

Ri: You'll see.

I took her under a group of stars and under a light and ask her to dance.

Ri: May I have this dance?

V: of course

Me and Vanessa were dancing to I'll Be and once the song was done I covered her eyes once again.

V: Babe what are you doing

Ri: Ready (releases his hands)

V: Riker what is this?

There were rose petals and candles. The rose petals created tiny hearts and wrote out Will You Marry Me and the candles surrounded it.

Ri: Vanessa, I love you with all my heart. Whenever I'm around you my heart skips a beat. Whenever you laugh my whole world is complete. But most importantly whenever we kiss I fall in love with you all over again. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to hold you when you cry, have kids with you and I want to grow old with you. I will always support on whatever you want to do in life and I'll be with you no matter what happens. I will love you til the end of the world, from the day I die and after life. I will go through miles and I would fly to the moon and back just to be with you and just to hold you. So Vanessa Marano (kneels on one knee) Will you marry me?

V: (cries) yes yes yes yes!

Ri: (stands up and places the ring on Vanessas ring finger and kisses her) I love you

V: I love you more

Ri: I love you squared

Rinessa: (kisses and hugs)

V: Lets go tell everyone.

Ri: Lets go

We drive home and told everyone the news. Everyone congratulated us the girls (Laura, Rydel and Vanessa) started screaming and hugging Vanessa and the guys (Ross, Ratliff, Rocky, Ryland) hugs me. My parents hug Vanessa and I and then Vanessa and my mom and the girls started thinking about our wedding. I can't wait. I know Rydel, my mom, Laura and Vanessa would want to start planning as soon as possible. So I guess we're gonna start planning tomorrow. I'm definitely the happiest guy in the world
