Laura POV

We just got home from an amazing day. We went shopping, ate Chinese food and went to the state fair. Now I gotta go talk to Ross.

L: hey ryland where's Ross?
Ryl: I think he's in his room but I could be wrong
Ro: hes in the practice room writing a song
L: wow he writes a lot.
Ri: yeah but I think this song is different
L: why is that?
ER: it's more of a ballad.
L: oh ohkay thanks

I walk to the music room and I was about to open the door when I hear a beautiful voice that makes my heart skip a beat and just mesmerize me.

a drop in the ocean, change in the weather, I was praying that you and me might end up together. It's like wishing for rain as I stand in the desert but I'm holding you closer than most because you are my heaven.

Knock Knock

I knocked and waited for him to answer.

RL: come in.
L: hey Ross
RL: hey Laura.
L: that was a great song
RL: oh you heard that
L: yeah. it's really good
RL: thanks

I sit beside Ross. There was an awkward silent

L: um... I was wondering if we can still sing tomorrow for Riker and Ness
RL: funny I was gonna say the same thing
L: I guess this is a yes
RL: yeah. (about to lean in)
L: (gets up) um... okay well I'll call you when dinner is ready
RL: Laura wait
L: yeah?
RL: (gets up and walks to Laura) I'm sorry for everything. And I-I love you. (walks to his room)

Did he just say he loves me? Oh my Goodness. I don't even know what we are anymore. I guess we aren't together but I do lo-like him a lot.

A/N yay their singing! I wonder why Laura didnt say she loves Ross. mhm. can you guess. Next chapter is the wedding. First half will focus on Rinessa then the second is all Raura
