Soggy leaves of the heights residents back garden dribbled down the rain stained window. Australia Queensland, Brisbane 08:06am.

The Vast pine tree overlooked the place of residence, gently tapping on the loft skylight. Dishevelled icy blonde hair cascaded down the white, king sized divan, belonging to River Heights.

At precisely 08:10am River's first alarm went off. I say first because it takes about eight for River to actually gain consciousness. So at 08:18am River's eyelids began to flicker exposing her deep forest eyes, the colour of freshly cut grass, the colour of the first green leaves of the year. River's eyes drifted to the alarm on her iPhone, turning it off with a passionate hate.
