Part 24

(late again but hay ho)

It had been a few days since Taehyung and Jin were over, and I handn't done much. I cleaned, slept, looked after Arlo, and then sat and did nothing. I had messaged Jin though, not much had been going on.

I decided to finally go out, since I had nothing to do anymore. The first place I walked to was the park, not a lot of people were out due to the dull weather. But I wasn't complaining, I walked over to the swings and sat down.

I didn't really move at first, but I began to swing a bit higher ever few minutes. The view here is nice, and the dark clouds make it even better. Soon, small drops of water began to fall from the sky. But I just continued to swing.

I sat there without any bother, as the rain got heavier. Eventually though, I wanted to go somewhere else. I jamp off the swing, and began to walk. My hood from my hoodie just sat on my back, since I was drenched already.

Need to get home...
Damn this rain!
Nooo! I'm soaking!

I got quite a few smiles as I walked past people, myself politely returning them. I walked past different stores, until I reached a place that sold really good chocolate. So I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and I got what I came for, they told me to come back soon, which I would definitely do.

I thought about the menu as I walked, taking a small bite of my chocolate every few minutes. I stopped at the crossing to look at the speeding cars, but walked once the light went red for the cars, and green for me. The small bell rang as I entered Jin's cafe.

Wonder who that is?

Almost no people were inside, apart from Jin, who walked out from the back. And the usual faces. "Hey Kook- my lord you're soaking!" Jin said as he grabbed a towel, and threw it over my head. "Thanks," I said blankly and dried off my hair.

"What you been up to then kid?" Yoongi asked as he got more comfortable in his spot, "nothing really. What about you lot?" I replied, "nothing at all. Nothing exciting has happened all week," Jimin groaned. "How's your mother?" I asked.

I'm missing something here.

"She's doing well, thanks again for that by the way," Jimin grinned. "We need something to do since we're trapped here." Hoseok insisted, "you could just walk outside." I sighed, "yeah but we're not superhuman like you, who doesn't care about anything, including the rain and the cold" Namjoon smirked.

I rolled my eyes and looked to Taehyung, I motioned for him to come over. Once he did, I whispered in his ear. Earning a massive grin from him.

"Alright then, let's do this then." Taehyung announced, gaining a few confused looks. I sat down at the empty seat, Taehyung beside me. "J-hope hyung, think of a place. Suga hyung, think of a number. Rapmon hyung, think of a person. Jimin hyung, think of a shape. And Jin hyung, think of a colour." Taehyung told them

"Beach, 47, Kwon Ji-won, rectangle, and yellow." I announced, earning confused and surprised looks. Followed by, "did he get yours right?" "No way!" "He got yours?" "He got mine too!"

Taehyung gave me a smile and ruffled my hair, making me give a small smile. "Round two boys, J-hope hyung, a country. Suga hyung, a song name. Rapmon hyung, a food. Jimin hyung, an animal. Jin hyung, a drink." Taehyung said happily.

He didn't take his hand off of my head, not that I didn't mind. He was nice and warm, now let me see.

I said them all aloud, while Jin gave me this knowing look. "You know Kook, I though so. But it was so hard to believe. You really are something else." He said with his peaceful and soft smile, I have him a small nod.
