Her name is Octavia the NightWing And no she is not wearing a skull, those are her bones
Lemme explain
So, 100 years ago, Octavia was only 10 when she fell in love with a NightWing named Starslayer. The two planned to run away and they did. Far from their kingdom, and ended up in RainWing territory. They asked for shelter, but the RainWing queen refused. A few weeks later, the RainWings discovered that they were still in their territory and drove them out, Octavia not so lucky. She got hit by their poisonous venom, killing her. Starslayer was captured an served his sentence for two months, before running away. Little did anyone know that Starslayer was an animus. He came back to Octavia's rotting corpse and placed a spell on her. He couldn't quite finish the spell before being captured again. The healing spell was left unfinished, thus, Octavia's scales never grew over her bones. She awoke, 100 years later, confused and all alone.
