Flying Higher

Prologue

Lance McClain is an ordinary kid with extraordinary parents. His parents are superheroes; in fact, they are the most infamous of all super hero duos. His dad has the power of super strength and his mother can fly at the speed of sound. That's a lot to live up to, but Lance doesn't live up to any of it. Hopefully, high school can teach him how to be the person he wants to.

Keith Kogane is misunderstood. Since he's from a family of supervillains, people are quick to judge him. Though his upbringing should shape him into the most malicious force of his generation, he wants to be a superhero. He just has a lot to learn. And he will. But he has to solve the mystery of his parent's disappearances as he goes.

Hi, I'm not sure if any of you have read this story yet, but I'm in the process of rewriting it. I went into this without a plan, just the movie, but I think I have been either too reliant on the plot of the movie, or too noncommittal to think the story through to the end. I hope that I'll do a better job writing this time around.
