Noah
"MILLIE HEARD YOU!" Caleb screamed in my face. I felt my face go pale.
"W-what?" I managed to get out. My mouth was hanging wide open.
"WHY DID YOU EVEN SAY THAT?!" Gaten screamed in my face.
"DID YOU MEAN IT?!" Caleb yelled. Before I could answer we heard footsteps. I looked over to see Millie and Finn. Millie was crying, but not that much. Once she saw me, she looked up at Finn and whispered something into his ear.
Millie
Once I got back to camp the first thing I saw was Noah. Why did I think he wouldn't be here? All of my confidence was gone immediately. I looked up to Finn who was already looking down to me. "F-Finn... I don't wanna be here anymore." I whispered into his ear. He quickly nodded his head and looked up.
"We're going to take a walk." He glared at Noah, turned around, took my hand, he started to walk away when Noah interrupted him.
"But it's like two am." Noah said trying to get us to stay longer.
"Your point?" I asked.
He opened his mouth, but Caleb interrupted him. "They can go take a walk if they want. Gaten and I am not done talking to you anyway."
"Thanks Finn." I whispered.
"No problem. He shouldn't be an ass." He said as we were walking away.
-
"Hey mind if I tag along. Everyone at my camp is asleep." A familiar voice said. I couldn't quite place their name.
"Sure." Finn smiled, "This is Millie by the way. If you didn't already know that."
"Oh well, I'm Jack." He explained. I simply smiled in return.
"Jack's the one who," Finn paused for a moment," got you to stop running?"
"I guess you could say that." Jack said.
"Oh, well uh thanks." We all started laughing. After an hour of walking, we had all become really good friends. Even though Finn was already my friend. All my confidence drained when I saw Noah.
"Shit." I whispered. Finn shot me a wide eyed look, because I never swear.
"Who's that?" Jack leaned in over to Finn.
"That's Noah. The guy that made her really upset." Finn explained.
