Sailing in the ocean, alone
listening to the mistpouffer, all by my own.Sprinkles falling on my face,
heart beats, rhythm of the air.My eyes wander,
in search of a stranger. But the endsville ocean,
fills the heart chamber.Drifting to the fictitious world; as a mockingbird,
Singing songs, flying stiff.High, and high I fly,
drop off in an instant cry.The water gains height,
and I shrink down to slice. The scream of my voice,
echo's to the water outside.None come to my rescue,
for I am alone tonight.What a surprise!
A bark comes floating by my side. The bark saves my life, and
I heave a breath of sigh.--------
After reading a lot of poems from my school book, I felt the need to write one too! I wrote this poem last year, after reading 'A Photograph - Shirley Toulson'.

Voice Of The Heart
PoetryThe place that I live, is inside my head. And the only place apart from that, is in a piece of paper. There's no in-between. | I think, you feel. I I write, you imagine. I I bleed, you heal.
