O'queen Betty, O'queen Betty

O'queen Betty
let me sing you a °ditty

my love quench'd by thou,
whence a °swain I may.

O'queen Betty
me a lucky °wight

°bedight your night
with my °Willa i shall.

O'queen Betty
thy °Beowulf I be,

°soothsayer speaks
a °stalwart is me.

O'queen Betty
in the yore of time,

friends we remain,
as now we shall be.

O'queen Betty, O'queen Betty.

My vigorous attempt to write a classic poem. I hope it's good enough! Took me really long to find the words and use a different style. This poem was also written last year when I wanted to try something new and different.
