4 - Break Up

Zach's POV

I know I may sound silly for saying this but I couldn't think about anything else except Rebecca. 

Did she leave the table because of Christina?

I know I like her. Does she like me? 

No signs. No signs whatsoever. I don't think she likes me.

She might. But to be fair we don't really know each other.

Besides the fact that she has the cutest laugh, prettiest eyes, perfect smile, and sweet personality. 

Rebecca's POV

I know I like Zach but why? We barely know each other. I need help. Someone. Please. Send me help.

Corbyn's POV

I knew that everyone didn't like Christina and I don't blame them. I know I am her boyfriend but, um, I don't quite like her anymore. I've been planing to do something and tomorrow is the prefect day so right after school I picked out the things I needed. It may be harsh but she would think I would be joking if I just said it so... don't blame me.

***The Next Day***

I woke up ready. Not ready to see Christina's reaction but to see Giovanna's. Yup. I said it. I like Giovanna. I brushed my teeth, took a shower, ate breakfast, you know. The usual. Then headed to school. At a red light I heard my phone ringing. Jack. "Hey man. You on your way to the school."

"Yeah but are we meeting up in the front or back?"

"Back. Do you have Christina with you?"

"Yeah."

"Okay. See you in...um...less then five." I hung up and paid my attention back on the road. Ready. As soon as I got to school barely anyone was there. Only a few teachers. Perfect. I gave Jack everything he needed to set up and just gave Christina a few idea's for her next youtube video. 

"...Yeah! And I could title it in all caps saying, 'STORY TIME WITH MY BOYFRIEND || FEAT. CORBYN BESSON'." Sure. Just be sure to put 'EX-BOYFIREND'. I felt my phone vibrate in my hand and it was Jack texting me. He's ready. I covered Christina's eyes with my hand and began walking her to the back of the school. "What are you doing babe? Should I be scared?"

"I don't know. Do you love me?"

"Well, yeah. I mean. You are my boyfriend. Of course I love you."

"Well then, you should be scared." I placed her in the perfect spot and slowly took my hands off of her eyes. "Okay. Read the banner."

Christina slowly opened her eyes with a smile. As she read the banner the smile faded away. "I'm breaking up with you. Do you really mean that?" Her eyes began to tear up when I finally replied.

"Yeah. I don't like you anymore."

"Like!?" The tears burst out and she ran inside. I didn't mean it for it to go down like this because she is tough but I'm just happy I don't have to deal with her anymore. 

Giovanna's POV

I made my way to the back of the school when I heard Christina's voice. "Do you really mean that?"

Corbyn was by her side raising his hand up to a banner. 'I'm Breaking Up With You.' "Yeah. I don't like you anymore." 

I saw as Christina's eyes filled up with tears. "Like!?" She ran right past me heading inside. I took one more second and took a slight glance at her than faced the banner again. My eyes shifted down to Corbyn. His cheeks a light pink, hair waving along with the wind, eyes shining as the sun hit them. He raised his right hand and waved as his left was in his front pocket. I waved back. Wow. That just happened. And in front of me. Wow. I can't believe it.

Rebecca's POV

I walked up to Zach after a long day of learning nothing and asked, "So Corbyn and Christina are not a thing anymore. Right?"

"Right." I slowly nodded my head and my eyes looked everywhere except Zach himself. But once they did they didn't leave his shiny brown eyes. I noticed his eyes were on my too. - Buzz - His phone went off, I knew what he was going to say. "I need to go. See you tomorrow." I put on a fake smile and waved bye.
