Okay. So- I MADE IT GUYS! A whole fanfic based on this storyline[MMASIFFAOG] but I've changed it and added things, enough so that you have to read the whole shabang all over again. I've completely rewritten the old stuff, taken some things out, and inserted new pieces that I felt necessary.
The thing about writing one shots is that the goal is to have it be a generally short, contained, and complete story. You have to write a lot of exposition because you don't have time to tell every bit of the story. But with an entirely new book, I can write it however I want with as much background scenes and whatever else I feel like. So, while the end goal and the things the characters go through is pretty much the same, a lot of the details changed.
All in all, though, I think the story is even better because it's more fleshed out, descriptive, and honestly gets your feelings running more.
