I will say most of them are of Amy (the unicorn was Blaire White, who has more of a figure than I will ever have and she was born a man. Fml XD). I'm pretty sure with her it's more of a callback to her first appearance on Mark's channel (the popcorn bloopers which is the 3rd picture). And the last one was from a video she posted on twitter at VidCon (search iceddarkroast neigh on twitter and you'll see it), a few days before they went public, which she later said was a reference to the popcorn video. And I'm assuming the 1st picture was a reference too. Meh.
