I was pushed harshly into a vehicle.

At this point I was scared. They knew I escaped once. They would kill me this time quicker.

I was pushed out of the truck and hit the ground.

My arm was all bloody. I scraped it really hard. I was then put in a room.

Carl's POV

"Dad" I yelled "what if someone killed her? Like one of the govners people."

"I'm sure she's fine. She's strong and smart" he grabbed a gun."let's go "

We started out and searched.

"Dad foot prints" they were hers.

"There hers she went this way" I pointed north.

We got to one spot .

"Tire marks and the tracks stop. She was in here"

We followed the tracks and made sure for any other tracks.

Carter's POV.

I was put in this room with a man. Then he came up to me and hit my in the head with the end if his gun hard but not enough to kill me.

I was in the room 2 other men came in. "she's the one"

I was in the corner crying.

I knew this was the end.

They put a walker in the room I could move . "Goodbye family" I said as the walker bit into my neck.

I was dead.

Carl's POV

We've been tracking for hours. Still hasn't gotten dark . We haven't got any clues . I started to tear up.

Carter's POV.

I woke up . Alive. But how. Was this all another dream.

I looked down at my neck. No bite. I was alive . I knew hope was there. It saved me. When everybody lost hope in the place we call a world I believed.

Nobody was in the room.

I tried I get out. Nope . A man walked in. This was real though.

He came and stabbed my leg.

I let out a shreak.

They would kill me but torture me.

"Ouch stop you ja" I yelled crying.

He just looked and put his head down.

"I had to or I would die" he said.

I looked up with tears in my eyes "what?"

"I'm new to this group. i had to do this . I don't want to . I can't kill a person. It's not right. Ill go to he double hockey stick. Which what this world is today anyway" he said .

"I'll ask for you to be in my group. I need my family please let me go! Ill try" I said .

"I miss them. My boyfriend, little girl I found, I've been through so much. Please let me go . We can run . Ill find you a getter place. There going to make you - you eat people" I said.

"Eat people? He said that your a bad person!" He scratched his head .

"Yes people" I said.

He untied me .

"Thanks" "now lets go to you know a way out."

"No" he said looking up.

I looked around and I asked " have a belt." I yelled .

He gave me his belt.

"This will help me"I said.

A man came in with a knife.

My leg was bleeding out so I took my shirt over my tank tip and tied it.

I winked at the dude.

He destrqcted him and i came and choked the man.

We walked out an ran out the door.

I kept running and so did the boy.

I ran into someone and fell.

"Carl" I yelled standing up and huggin him.

"Your alive " he said hugging me back.

" yes I'm never leaving again."

The boy came up and Carl let go and put a Gun To his head.

"He helped me out" I said.

He looked at me. "In not trusting him"

"He helped me out without him I would be dead" I said.

I put the gun down."thanks for saving her"he smiled at me.

He walked up with us to the building.

We got to the gates. Les ran up to me. "Carter"

Then everybody came out but was focused in the dude.

Rosetta and Maggie both put a gun to his head.

Rosetta unlocked her safety.
