Is this real?Or just a dream? Chapter 20

It's been 2 months. Kinda cold outside, when there's a breeze.

I walked outside. It's gotten really boring at the Santuary. I was thinking.

I walked out of the gates.

I looked back.

"I won't stay gone for long" I thought. I walked down the path in the woods and the wind was blowing.

"Kinda cold " I say To myself "might as well get back"

I started walking " i don't remember this ".

I turned and it was dark now.

I found a little canopy like thing and got under it. Rain started pouring down "great"

I then heard moans. "Crap" I ran and they got closer. I climbed up a tree but couldn't get my foot on a good grip.

A walker came and grabbed my foot. It's mouth was at my leg. I then kicked it . It was no use.

Finally , I got a grip on the tree.

I climbed the tree with walkers beneath.

"Phew " I got a good grip and just say there.

Carl's POV

It was dark and I was at the Sanctuary.

"Where's carter?" I asked les.

"Haven't seen her" she replied . I asked everyone.

"We have to search" I told my dad.

"We're not risking our lives. It's after dark. We will tomorrow " Rick scratched his head.

I looked out at the fence. This would track walkers but we can take them.

"CARTER, WHEREVER YOU ARE STAY SAFE!"I yelled.

Carter's POV

I heard him. I smiled but I fell asleep.in the tree.

~3 days later~

"Man I haven't been found" I said to myself.

I didn't even know if they came looking. Provbally but I don't know.

I just kept walking , looking for food.

I heard something behind me . I turned quickly thinking it was Carl.

"CA-" I had a gun to my heard.

"Looks like we found her" they said.

I know that voice.

Carl's POV

"Daryl were is she . The tracks stop." I said worried.

"Here are some but not hers. Bigger feet" Daryl said.

I hope she is okay.

I looked around.

"Carter" I yelled by not o loud. But no reply.

Carter POV

Carl's voice again but I could say anything.

I knew the mans voice though. Hunters !
