Umuwi na kami ni Casey sa bahay. I'm having this mixed emotions. Kinakabahan, natatakot but happiness overpowered it. Yes, I'm nervous -- nervous and scared of what might happen. Paano kung hindi tanggapin ni Chaos ang anak namin? Wow, ang sarap pakinggan ng salitang namin -- our child -- no, our children. I wonder how they look like. Siguro ang mata mula kay Chaos -- those deep and piercing eyes of his. The lips that makes you want more if you'll kiss it. Ugh! Namimiss ko na tuloy yung mokong na 'yon!
"Hannah! Your phone is ringing!" napabalik ako sa realidad ng sumigaw mula sa baba si Casey. Nasa baba pala yung phone ko tsk! Agad kong isinuot ang tsinelas ko atsaka bumaba na.
I reached for my phone on the couch and clicked the answer button "Tagal mo namang sumagot.." I imagined Chaos mumbling at nagmamaktol na, napatawa na lamang ako.
"Pasencia naman! Nasa taas yung tao eh! Anyway, why do you call?" I settled myself in the midst of the couch while laying down and looking at the ceiling -- Darn! Why do I act like teenager? A teenager talking to his boyfriend and hyper ventilating and widely smiling while laying down.
"Nah, I'm bored with that darn convention! Dapat si Charm ang maging CEO eh! " pagmamaktol nito, napatawa na lamang ako. I love Chaos even more especially when he do such things -- I feel like I'm special for him kasi he let me sees that side of him.
"Haha, maybe it's really for you though! By the way, have you eaten already your dinner Mr. Baez?" I feel like I lost my sanity talking to Chaos because I'm widely smiling talking to him on the phone while looking at the ceiling! He makes me kilig! "Nah, I feel like I haven't eaten already! Nakakawalang gana, I miss your luto " I imagined him pouting. Napatawa ako "Aysoos! Bola!" I heard him laughed the other line.
We talked and talked and talked about the business he had done in Macau until our conversation went to what it is supposed to be. "Nga pala, Drake invited me and Casey for a dinner in his pent house -- a binyag for his house."
"Why? is that even important? Sino pa ang mga kasama? Are you really going?" sunod sunod na tanong ni Chaos. Napakunot ang noo ko "Andami naman nun! isa-isa lang!"
"As I've asked is that even important? Nah, just answer this one. Are you really going?" I sighed deeply "I don't know too, I just wanted to know and meet the new Drake.." mahina kong sabi. "Are you coming?" mahina din niang tanong. Hindi ko alam -- I want to but there's something deep in me that doesn't want to.
"Ikaw, kung gusto mo kong pumunta o hindi.." I seated properly and hugged the throw pillow "Gusto mo ba?" I smiled -- somehow, I feel like I'm talking to a new Chaos. I was expecting that he will get mad and never asked me that kind of question.
"Ewan, I want to meet the new Drake.. Pero kung ayaw mo eh, hindu na lamang ako sasama.." I heard a huge sighed on the other line "Okay, then go but be home before ten, okay?" a wide smile formed into my lips. He really changed. "Okay.." we then dropped that conversation and went to another.
Masaya ako dahil nagbago na talaga ang Chaos na nakilala ko noon. The Chaos who hurt me. I'm happy. Very happy because we're going to be a family soon.
