Author note: What do you think? what will happen at the end of the chapter? I did my best to edit- Abby
I've been here six days now, and I have been feed by my new friend. Yesterday Stacy and Ace were looking at my cuts and bruises trying to think when would be the best time to do it again. They told each other it would wait another three days, and would begin in the new home. I found out where I was; Stacy and Ace were at each other because Stacy wanted to call her mom. Instead she sent a letter and Ace because yelled out the address. In a week it will be my birthday, and I'm really scared. I'm in Quebec, and we will be moving in two more weeks to America. I've been in the same spot because of how much pain I'm in. They have been giving me shots of something, and my vision starts to blur out. I feel like I am going to pass out but all I do is stair straight ahead of me stuck in this body. I think they are giving me drugs, and all I can think about is getting out.
The basement door opens and Ash comes down. He sits next to me and I could tell he's high, I can also smell it.
"You know I think you are so pretty" Ash said touching my check. I closed my eyes tight and felt a tear come down, "Do you need some air?"
I didn't even answer him, but he picked me up and carried me to the back door. He unlocked it and walked out. He set me on a chair and took off my cuffs. He picked me up and set me on top of him. He kept brushing my hair with his figures, and kissed my cheek. I tensed up and closed my eyes because I pulled away.
"Do you not trust me?" He asked and I could tell he was hurt; he looked like he was in deep thought, and then he spoke, "I was arrested because I was a part of a murder, but it wasn't my choice. My friend told me we were going to be robbing an old couple's house and I thought yeah it's fine if we do. Well my friend shot the old couple and I ran. The cops got me and my friend. I told them the truth, and my friend has to stay in jail for 85 years."
"I'm sorry" I said and he was still holding me to his body. I couldn't trust him I just couldn't.
"Let me look at your cuts" Ash said touching my shoulder. My clothes were the same from previous which sucked.
"Only if you get me new cloths" I said pushing his hand off my shoulder.
"Okay" He said setting me on my feet. As I was walking every step would send cutting pain throughout my body. He held my hand, and set his other hand on my shoulder. I think he knew I was in deep pain, "I'll also get you medicine."
"Why did you treat me the way you did when I was up stairs?" I asked him.
"I was drunk, and I haven't seen such a beautiful girl like yourself in a long long time" He said opening the basement door again, "When we go to the new house I will have you stay with me, and I promise I will never do that again."
I didn't know what to do. I have to talk with God; I need help and safety. He had me sit down on the basement steps and kissed my cheek.
"I'll be back in a little bit" He said racing up the stairs. My head leant against the railing and I felt so cold. Outside had some snow, but the weather I think it is the warmest it could ever be in Canada; which is like 30 or 40 degrees outside. Ash opened the door and came down.
"Ace and Stacy went out on a date; they won't be back for a three days I hope" Ash said kneeling next to me holding out his hand, "I'm going to take you to my room so you can take a shower."
"Thank you, Ash" I said grabbing his hand.
"Also everyone is stoned so I don't think they will notice you" He said picking me up and walking upstairs. As the door opened I could smell the drugs, and I made a face. Ash was chuckling and I looked at him in confusion.
