I haven't edited this yet, and I'll be getting to it soon. So I'm sorry if some parts don't make sense. I hope you enjoy this chapter.
I was in a dark room, and I felt something around my throat. I felt my neck and then there was pain. I looked at my hands that felt wet. There was blood on my hands and I tried to scream, but nothing came out. Then I felt like every cut on my body was opening up and bleed out. The pain was so agonizing I collapsed. I started gasping for air, and then a voice spoke out loud.
“Breath” a whispered voice said from the distance. I took a deep breath, and looked around a bright room. I was wearing a white bandeau and white boy shorts. I looked at my scars that stopped bleeding but there was still blood. Then a loud sound blasted from somewhere, and I couldn’t hear myself scream. I looked up and saw my Uncle. I reached my hand out and that when I felt someone slash my back. I looked up towards my uncle who was now coaching from someone wrapping a rope around his neck. Someone hit my back again with a stick or whip, but I started to crawl towards my uncle. The loud noise was still going off and I was yelling for him. The man let him drop to the ground and a pool of blood surrounded him. I turned around to see a headless man and he whipped me again. He started to kick me and I was trying to stop him. He then put his hands on my throat and then I was drowning.
“EVER!” someone yelled my name and I was so confused. I was under the water, and heard my name so clearly, “Wake up.”
I opened my eyes and pushed someone off me. I heard a giant thump and I heard someone walking across my floor. The light turned on and Amber was rubbing her head. I was in the corner of my small room, and I was sweating so awfully. I opened the window, and closed it behind myself. I climbed down the railing into a tree, and got down from there. I started to run, and couldn’t believe myself. I hit her; my sister.
I was running past a group of druggies, and they started to follow me. I ran faster and they ran after me. I hide in an alley way, and they ran past me. I slide down the wall and hugged my now cold body. I felt someone touch my shoulder and I punched the person. Pierce fell to the ground and held his stomach.
“You got a good punch. What are you doing out here? And in your under and bra?” Pierce said looking at. I pulled myself back to the wall and covered myself.
“I..I” I started to cry and just stared at me. His eyes had compassion in them, and I hated it, “Stop looking at me like that.”
“Like what” he said trying to look into my eyes.
“With sympathy; I don’t need it.” I said getting up and walking down the side walk.
“I just want to figure you out.” He said standing in the side walk looking at me back as I walked down the side walk. I heard him run and he grabbed my arm. I ripped it away and looked at him with teary eyes.
“Don’t touch me. You don’t even know me so why care for me?” I said and started walking away.
“Because God does” He said and I ignored him.
Pierce’s P.O.V
I watched her walking down the side walk and the image of my brother doing the same thing made me realize she’s the one my brother talked about.
“Sh*t” I whispered to myself; I looked up to the sky, “You know I hate you.”
I ran up to her and pulled her to a wall. She tried to get away from me, but I pinned her to the wall.
“Let me go” she hissed at me and I took a deep breath. What do I have to do to get her to stop.
“I can’t. You’re right I don’t know you, but I do know you and my brother would get along very well.” I said. She tried to pull away and I just pinned her closer to the wall.
