Chapter 10: Get Out!
Romany stayed in the shower for a long time making sure she was completely clean and stepped out of the shower stall and wrapped herself in a fluffy white towel. Leaving her hair to dry on its own instead of using the towel to dry it.
Looking in the mirror she stared at her reflection, grey eyes looking intently back at her. She remembered looking at herself in the mirror very little as a young country. It was a rare occurence to even dress nicely unless she was told too.
Slowly but surely she stepped into the room and began her long scrutiny of what she was going to wear. She was so busy occupying herself with choosing her clothes she didn't hear Germany knocking on her door.
He repeatd the action several times, finally with a sigh he opened the door to tell her it was time for lunch. "Romany, I came to tell you that...." he didn't finish his sentence as she turned slightly toward the noise. Both countries turned red, she only had on her skirt on and had yet to put on her blouse luckily her long hair covered most of her chest.
"Get out! Get out! I'm not ready!" she cried out pushing the the German nation out the door. Quickly she put on her blouse and tried to steady her beating heart. 'That was so embarrassing' she thought dejectedly.
Suddenly Romany wasn't so sure if she was hungry anymore. Not even Germany who hadn't eaten since the day before had much of an appetite. How were they going to sort this out?
