Harry's POV

The first thing I did after work was shower. The hot water was relaxing after the god awful day I had. Old people have to stop complaining about everything and just enjoy life. They don't have much left of it anyway.

I put on track pants since I'll be sitting on the grass tonight. I'm not even a fan of Dirty Dancing, but since Cathy invited me I have to go. I got dressed with a lot of time left to spare and watch whatever is on the t.v to waste time.

Not even five minutes later, my ringtone is blaring. I see that my sister is FaceTiming me and answer her.

"Hey Gemma." I say when her face appears on the screen.

"Hey, long time no see." She says back. "Nice to see you haven't changed."

"I guess so," I brush my half dry hair with my fingers. "But you sure have." I comment on her multicoloured hair. "What have you done to your hair?Is that blue and pink? What happened to the blonde?"

"I felt like changing it." She examines her ends. "But hair isn't why I'm FaceTiming you."

"I figured as much." I say sarcastically. "Is it mum? Is she alright?"

"Yeah she's fine, but do you remember Robby?" She asks and I'm reminded of the asshole.

"What about him?" I huff.

"His sisters been doing some crazy shit." She starts.

"What kind of crazy shit?"

"She's started hanging around with that crowd. Smoking, drinking, she's basically had sex with everything under the sun." My sisters exaggeration kills me. "Since that whole thing with Robby that summer she's-"

"Don't bring up last summer." I interrupt her.

"Right, sorry." she frowns. "Well back to his sister. She's just gone off the wall."

"Seems like something she would do." Robby's sisters, Cassandra, had a pretty tough childhood so I don't have a hard time believing what Gemma is saying now. Her brother did the same thing I just hope that she doesn't follow his terrible footsteps.

"The whole family is a right mess." Gemma adds. Their dad was a terrible man who was always drinking or was on something. Their mum worked almost all the time so they were always stuck under the horrible supervision of their dad. Since her brother followed suit of his dad, I was hoping Cassandra would be the wine full of promise I break away from that.

"Anyone could've told you that. Enough about them though, how are you?" I change the topic from them to my sister. Since I started working here I haven't been able to see or talk to her as much.

--

Gemma and I had talked all night, I didn't realize that time had gone by until Louis came stumbling in the room.

"Where were you tonight man?" He slurs.

"Talking to Gemma.." I turn to see what the time is. It's late, really late. I missed the movie.

"Fuck!" I curse.

"You missed this awesome party in one if the waitresses cabin. Well it wasn't a massive one, there was like maybe fifteen people. But there was a game of strip poker and I think you know how that went." He comes up to me so I can give him a high five to applaud whatever he did in that girls cabin.

"Sounds like you had fun." I say as he flops down on his bed.

"Yikes, what's got you sounding so blue?" He asks. I didn't realize I sounded upset, or even that he could recognize that I was thinking about something seeing as he's wasted.
