Lelouch Lamperouge X Reader X Shirley~ He Loves Me Not Her (Part One)

I'd just had a really good day at school for once and now... I couldn't believe my eyes after all the glances, flirting and lingering touches...they were kissing. How could Lelouch do this to me? Let Shirley kiss him and not push her away. This isn't the first time it's happened. Maybe he's not worth it, how could he play with my feeling like this. He mustn't care. It was a lie when he told me that there was no feelings involved with Shirley and that they were just friends. I knew about the first kiss but that was before we started having feelings for each other. I won't yell or scream at him now as much as my heart is breaking.  I could tell the world about him being Zero, the geos power and who the Black Knights are. If I wanted too but I'm not much of a bitch to do so.

***FLASHBACK TO EARLIER***

I was in class and kinda bored, our teacher always speaks in the same slow, monotone voice. How I didn't fall asleep in every lesson is a miracle. I felt myself drifting off and it's hard to keep my eyes open. I glance over at Lelouch to see if he's still awake or not he's looking at me from the corner of his eyes and winks at me. I feel the butterflies let loose throughout my body. I smile at him and look back towards the front of the room.

The bell goes and it is a relief, lunch time, maybe I'll go have a nap under a tree outside. Lelouch comes up behind me and glides me out of the classroom with his hand on the small of my back. Dangerously close to my butt but I don't mind "you almost fell asleep, beautiful" Lelouch says to me
"nah, I was totally awake. Couldn't you see the tape keeping my eyes open" I sarcastically joke and we both laugh. Once we are out of the classroom Lelouch takes his hand off the small of my back and wraps his arm around my shoulders and we walk like that the entire way to the Student Councils headquarters.
(I couldn't remember exactly what they call it.)

I make a bee line for Nanali and sit down on a chair in front of her and take her small hands in mine.
"Hi, (Y/N)" she says and smiles
"Hey Nanali, how are you?"
"good"
"that's great". Nanali moves her head like she's looking around the room then leans closer to me.
"You love Lelouch don't you (Y/N)?" She whispers
"Uh- well...yes" I find it hard to find the right words, she just smiles at me.
"What are you two talking about?" Lelouch says as he squats down beside my chair to Nanali's height. Nanali giggles
"just gossiping" she says, Lelouch raises an eyebrow at me
"girl talk" I tell him
"Oh come on, no secrets!!" He wines, which makes Nanali and I laugh. I look at Lelouch and he smiles, thanking me for keeping Nanali happy in her situation. Lelouch kisses me on my temple before getting up to go over some paperwork that's got to do with the student council.

***FLASH BACK OVER***

Time skip to next day because Shirley shouldn't of kissed ya man

I'd seen Lelouch once already in the hallways he smiled at me but I turned and walked away without acknowledging his presence. I don't think he liked that much, not that I care right now. This may be a little childish but he hurt my feelings and it's not like Lelouch has told me he kissed Shirley back. So, he can go to hell.

I got to class a few minuets early so I avoided having to talk to Lelouch. Our teacher is always here early and I made sure I was at my classroom just before the bell. By the time Lelouch walked in, it was time to start the lesson so there's no way our teacher would let anyone talk now. I didn't look at him once and it is strange that I am enjoying the lesson somewhat maybe because I wasn't distracted by a certain someone.

The bell chimed and I was out of my seat like a rocket. I just walked out of the classroom when a hand wraps around my wrist and impatiently yanks me around. Lelouch stares at me angrily "why are you avoiding me?" He hisses
"I saw you" I stare back at him starting to get angry at him myself.
"Saw me what?"
"Kissing Shirley" the rest of our classmates stuck in the classroom because of Lelouch standing in the way make the "ooooooo" sound. "Don't we have a thing" I continue, it's a statement not a question.
"we're not dating" he says, something inside me snaps and I slap him across the face making an slap noise echo against the walls.
"I'm not some play toy Lelouch, I'm a girl with real feelings and if you like Shirley so much. Explain to me why you'd flirt with me in the first place."
" I didn't mean what-"
"if you didn't mean what you just said you wouldn't of said it in the first place". I yank my wrist out of his and stalk off and remind myself he's not worth crying over.
