Masky-
The masked man let out a small chuckle as he slipped on his mask, the fimilar buzz he got whenever he put the mask on his face sent a shot of adrenaline through his veins. He walked through the fimilar mansion, a second home to him whenever he had full control over Tim's body. He never stayed long, most time the most he could do was visit a few friends for about an hour until he had to go back. But, now that Timothy knew about the mansion he knew he could stay as long as he wanted.
He was glad to be home, the hotel rooms and the unfimilar cities were getting to his head.
"Masky, it's good to see you again." A cheery voice called from somewhere behind him.
"Sally," His voice carried out her name as if he was holding out it out, testing out her name. "What a pleasant surprise." He turned to look at the girl, she smile widely at him as she skipped up to him, holding onto her teddy bear as if she would loose him.
"Where have you been?" She asked him sweetly as she wrapped her frail arms around him. "Where's hoodie?" she looked up curiously at him. She didn't understand the concept of death, even for a dead girl, she didn't realize that not all dead people came back.
The masked man let out a small sigh as he patted her head. She was too innocent to have died in such a way, too traumatizing that she didn't even remember it. "Well, Sally..." He picked her up, balancing her on his hip. He walked outside and to the garden that was planted by the bored residents of the mansion. He walked over to a swing and he sat her in it and began to push her. He felt the best way to explain it is if she felt safe, if she was having fun. "You know, Tim... He's still trying to keep me from coming out. He's affecting my body having more and more control. If it keeps up, I'm afraid that... One day I won't be able to come back." He let the realization settle. It never occurred to him that one day he may be a lost thought forever and he didn't want to be stuck anymore.
"You might not be able to come back?!" Sally's eyes widened as she was pushed softly on the swing.
The masked man could only nod as he thought about the possibility. "It's possible, but I have faith in the doctors here that they will come up with something so that way I can stay the way I want to be forever. They just gave me a round of test pills and... Well, I think this one will work." He looked up to the sky, the sun was trying to break through a patch of clouds. Silence fell between the two, the wind slightly blew around them, making the flowers around them dance.
After a few minutes, Sally looked up at him. Her wavy brown hair swirled around in the wind. Her eyes, her bright green eyes stared at him with curiosity.
"Sally, don't look up like that, the blood will back flow into your eyes, remember what happened last time?" Another voice joined them.
Sally quickly looked ahead and the blood began it's normal flow down her cheeks. "S-sorry."
"Don't say sorry, I was just reminding you." The voice was closer now, standing next to the swing set. "Hello Masky, a pleasure to see you again." There was a small chuckle.
Masky looked over to the voice and a frown grew on his face. Jefferey, was standing next to him. "Hello, Jeff." His voice was cool and it made Sally cringe.
"Awe, come on, don't be such a downer. If this is about the little stabby stabby I did to your side. I assure you, it had nothing to do with you.. Mostly just the other guy. He's annoying and wouldn't stop screaming." Jeff said shrugging.
"Yeah, he's a screamer, we know." Masky said sarcastically as he stopped pushing Sally. "Is there a reason why you're talking to me? I thought I made it clear that I never wanted to hear your ugly ass voice again."
"Ouch, watch the profanity around the baby, you know that the operator or the Slenderman wouldn't like to hear that your cussing around their baby girl." Jeff said as he pinched Sally's cheek.
"Ow!" Sally whined as she rubbed her cheek.
"I'm sure she's heard worse things coming from you." Masky shook his head and he closed his eyes for a second before he turned away, looking back to the sun that was still struggling to peak through.
"You need to let go of the past, Masky. Ever wonder why nothing the doctors give you ever work. The pills, the treatments, the therapy. All of that won't work, unless you let go of the past. Let go of the memories of Tim, of Marble Hornets. All of those things are what keep Tim alive. You're feeding him energy by thinking of him. Everytime you think of him, think of something that has to do with him he gets stronger. And that's why he's taking over more and more. While he's thinking of you less and less, you are thinking of him more and more. And that, my friend, is why one day you'll parish." Jeff said as he sat down in the swing next to Sally, he swung slowly, keeping his heels in the ground rocking back and forth. He pulled out his knife as he began just staring at it. "If I were you, I'd give it up... To save my life. Hell, you might even be able to save Hoodie."
"Yeah. I know that. And I'm working on it. But it's hard you know, that thought of him, is always on the back of my mind. It's hard to run a body when there is a co-host. Besides, Hoodie is dead and if he was coming back, he would already be here." Masky said as he pushed Sally again.
"Look, I'm just stating the obvious. If you don't want to listen to me, then don't but when you die out then... Don't come back as a ghost because I will say I told you so." Jeff shrugged and he stood up. "I'm going out for a kill, I'm thinking Korea, care to join?"
"No... I think I'm going to sit this one out." Masky said as he backed away from the swing set and he took off running into the woods.
There was one place, that the masked man knew more than the back of his hand. And that was rosswood park. After spending many years here, it was almost as if he spent more time here than in his own home.
The masked man navagated through the woods. His eyes shifting everywhere taking in every detail of the woods around him. The sun was now shining above him and although he was in plain sight, barely anyone came around deep enough into the woods to actually see him.
He came to a spot in the woods where the trees were so tightly packed it was almost hard to squeeze through. The ground was made with mostly rocks and hard dirt. The rocks were elevated in random places so running through here would be almost impossible. Thick branches swung low and barely any sun made it passed the trees. This was Maskys favorite part of all the woods. Mostly for the fact that it was so undisturbed. Nobody ever came down this way, and if they had they were respectable of the land. No liter scattered the ground it was all nature.
Masky sat on the biggest rock he could find and he closed his eyes to relax. Reflecting on the previous conversation with jeff.
Maybe death wouldn't be so Bad.
