It's almost lunch and Faight is still lying on her bed. With only one day left for the nutrition month celebration she act slothful as the images of her parents and Lance's impulsive advice resonates in her entire system.
'sino ba siya sa akala niya?"
Covered in sheets while the sun rays hitting her eyes through her window blurred her eyes as it shed tears.
'sino ba kasi siya sa akala niya!!!" she muttered to herself in pain and disappointed
She put herself back together dressed up and went her way to work. It will be the last day for preparations and decorations and she must have a general practice for her student's presentation.
She walks slowly, still afloat but her eyes widened when she discovered a beautifully decorated and painted stage. The backdrop was strikingly elaborate for a design.
"teacher Faight!' Mariz Approached the baffled lady "nagustuhan mo ba? Ang gara ano?"
"you guys did these all? Sobrang ganda"
"collective efforts yan"
"sorry, I feel so useless, pasensya na sumabay pa yung problema sa bahay"
"ano kaba, wala yon understandable, at tsaka we can't do this without"
"Mari!" Ruiz interrupted by calling her "dali halika muna rito we have to finish the program"
"okay, Faight later nalang"
"sure sure, sige salamat"
Faight wandered her eyes all over the place. It was done wonderfully.
The whole day Faight spent was with her student having their last practice. The evening bites and the feast of the town are starting to hype. The teachers decided to visit the town to check out few activities and small stores. It is crowded, youths from the other side of town came to visit and enjoy the feast. Basketball leagues, funfair, and different food booths is established to visit too. As they stroll along the market where most of the activities were being placed, they came across the machine shop owned by Lance best friend.
Lymel had set his shop a mini stage and put up a mini band inside. Few tables where they can have their grilled meat or fish they are selling.
"uy!!! mga ma'am hindi ko alam na gumagala din pala mga teacher sa gabi"- Lemuel
"oo naman noh, kailangan din naman mabuhay ha ha ha" responded by Ruiz
"oo nga, tsaka para iba naman makita namin hindi puro black board lang, diba Faight? Faight?
' Mariz said to Faight who is not in her usual self since the morning. Her thoughst are so far they coudln't reach her.
"ah, huh?"
"ma'am Faight! How are ye how are ye?"
