"So... isn't it awkward sometimes.. a boy and a girl living together?" Baekhyun asked, of course Lisa didn't get the hint.
"Oh no, the only thing that makes us awkward sometimes is when he walks into the bathroom without knocking, or if-" I covered her mouth a second too late. Don't get us wrong, it's awkward because she's a mermaid! Well, some other things make it awkward too but in the first line it's her being half sushi.
"Didn't you hit him? Don't you get mad at him?" "No why? He's seen me naked before it's no big deal anymore." "Oh my gosh, what is your guys relationship?" Chens jaw basically dropped. "We're house mates?" Lisa said unsure, the guys irritated her. "We are so close, that's why.. also it was an accident back then but still... haha it happend..just like this, happened once or twice but nobody is hurt.." she explained chuckling, help. It hasn't even been 10 minutes and I know the guys will bug me about some unholy things later.
Some things must sound weird, well actually some were really weird but she was a mermaid . So here and there it would be tricky to cover up. "Lisa come on, what do you want to drink ?" "I take the Mai Tai." "Good, I want a Heineken please." I ordered at the barkeeper. "You pay separate or together??" "Together of course." I answered. "Ah Chanyeol you didn't need to-" "But I want to, now let's drink."
Lisa just stared up at me as she stood escatly in front of me. I tried not to look into her brown orbs since she had this puppy look sometimes if she wanted something.

"Yah Chanyeol don't forget us, shouldn't we at least toast together?" Chen said. "Ah yeah." I retorted, I felt bothered by them asking too many questions, as you maybe already noticed, my patience is running low.
We all toasted together, that night there were Kasper a.k.a Kim Taewoo, Chen, Baekhyun, Lisa and me. Later some others might join.
The others seemed to forget about me, but then Taewoo moved closer to me, "Yah... if you don't want to be her boyfriend..y'know if you're not interested..could I give it a try?"
I choked on my beer, he didn't ask me that right now? Giving her a try? What the heck Taewoo. Taewoo wasn't a bad guy but he obviously didn't grew attached to any girl he was with and I didn't want Lisa to experience that. Taewoo might love the woman for a while, give her a nice romantic experience but he's like a kid who gets bored with his toy after a while. Taewoo is handsome and he knows it, he can get any girl he wants. But not Lisa, not her.
"No dude, you can't." I said. "Why? She said you're not dating." "Does it matter? Taewoo you're my best friend but don't you dare lay your hands on her." "Woah woah, Chanyeol.. I never knew you could become that defensive about a girl."
Was I making it hard for Lisa? Lisa wanted to find her true love but maybe one of my friends was it? Maybe Lay, Kai or even Kasper. Love can change people I know that, even though I don't believe in this true love thing but Lisa has something that... I don't know. She's just special and it's not because she's a mermaid it's the way she is, caring, lovely, funny, sometimes exaggerating, easily scared and just a nice person.
