25. Little Date

"Why are you here?" I asked her.
"I know it's a little late, I know I'm being rude just comin here without telling, but I need your advice."

I was a little taken back when Lisa was just standing there in my door.
I motioned for her to come in and took a look at her. Lisa looked like she was dressing up to go for a date or something like that.

"How can I help you?" I leaned against the table and motioned for her to sit on my bed, since there was no couch in here.
"I think dating Lucas is wrong."

Why all of a sudden? I mean, hell yes! But, how come? Why did she change her mind?

"I'm so sorry to come to you with this, but I couldn't really talk to my best friend about this, she is very supportive of me and him."

"H-hey no worries! I've been just thinking, I mean... how come? Why do you think that way?"

Lisa looked like she didn't know where to start and it took her a moment before she could reply,
"I don't know, we've been friends for so long, I don't know if this is right... and also, Seulgi told me that she likes Lukas, she was crying when she told me. Seulgi said that now that I'm dating him, she doesn't want to interfere."

"Seulgi...huh.."
My damn ex, my damn cheating ex who hangs around Jooheon now wants to take Lucas from Lisa?
Seulgi knows she's pretty, she can have anyone. But why Lucas?

"But Lucas likes you, not her. He likes you very much doesn't he?"
"Yeah, that's true he does. But... I don't know. I do feel good when I'm with him, when he holds my hand and stuff like that. But somehow... I..my mind is somewhere else. Somewhere it definitely shouldn't go.!"

"Are you into someone else?" I asked, bluntly, it just slipped from my lips.
Lisa was caught off guard, I knew it. I could see it. Her face turned red and it was almost as if she already stated that she likes someone else.

"If you know that you like someone else, talk to Lucas, he deserves to know the truth, no?" I said.

"Yeah....", Lisa stared at the ceiling.
"You're probably right, Chanyeol..." she said.

"What about you? Do you like someone?" Lisa was switching the subject now, obviously I couldn't tell her now that I like her. That would ruin the whole friend-giving-advice thing.

"Maybe." It was a mean answer but I didn't want to tell her now. She was still with Lucas and her heart was probably with someone else.

"Don't trust Seulgi though. She is not a nice girl, don't hang around her."
"I don't want to judge her by the things someone else said about her, even if it's you. She didn't do me wrong, so I don't want to believe any bad things yet."

"Just be careful, she's on a whole another level, you don't want to know what she can do to you." I said, my mind full of concern, because I knew why Seulgi chose Lisa, I know why she chose Lucas. She wanted to hurt Lisa. She wants to show me, how she could crush Lisa.

"I can't tell him for now.  I can't tell the person I like about my feelings and I can't tell Lucas."

"But you have to at least tell Lucas about your feelings for someone else."

"You know sometimes, it's like I love them both and it's so hard to make a decision. I don't want to lose Lucas."

"You don't have to. Just stay with him."
My words were exactly the opposite of what I really felt.

Actually I wanted to know who she was talking about, I didn't like Lucas. I didn't like what was happening here. But how could I confess now? She was already irritated and my confession of my real feelings would just add to her stress.
