The ride home from school was a quiet one I guess daddy and the others were in a heavy mind link conversation because all eyes were a bit glossy (no we are not blind in a mind link so the driver can still drive or who ever can still see).
I wasn't even allowed to drive my own car back or get my clothes out of the changing room so dad had Aden (head warrior) grab my stuff (car included), ugh did I mention I don't like overly worried daddy, he treats me like a pup for real.
All to soon we pulled up to my house, I jumped out of the car and ran straight into the house. Knowing what was coming I parked myself in the lounge chair in the living room, not even two minutes later dad and Beta Carl walk in the house alone I guess the others left.
They sat on each end of the long couch just looking at me for a moment before Carl cleared his throat, so I guess he's going first.
"Maze my beautiful daughter-in-law would you please be so kind as to tell us what the hell happened with that pup Sean?" He asked calmly
See when we're not in front of the pack we drop the formalities and titles. I've know him since I was a pup he's like a second father to me, so I talk to him like I would my dad.
" nothing much at first... he came up to me asking for a sparing match, so I obliged him of course" I smirked wickedly " I beat his ass in the end, I thought I over did it when he was in the ground breathing really hard and holding his ribs so I went over bent down to see if I had broken anything and he pulled me to his mouth then kissed me hard..and trust me it was disgusting" I say that last part with disgust in my face and voice as both of them growled
"Well I'm glad I hit his ass now...damn fuck boy" dad growled harshly
"I'm glad you did to daddy although I was pulled off him before I could" I whine, we all laughed
"Maze in all seriousness though after my son beats up your aging father over here" we chuckled while dad growled a bit "you need to be by his side most of the time if not him then some high gammas will be guarding you at all times even at school they'll be around" Carl explains
"Why? what's going on?" I asked confused
"I know you have heard stories of the Alpha Rouge so called King, well it's real and he's trying to attack our pack" Carl explains but I look at my father
"Is that why we've had an increase in rouge attacks daddy? What does he want?...our pack to join his or take us out? And I thought rogues were to far gone to be under anyone's leadership?"
"Little wolf all of your questions will be answered over the weekend just be patient" he sighs
"Why not now? Daddy I'm not a pup anymore and I deserve to know the truth" I say growling a bit
" and you will get it little wolf but because the story goes back over 13 years I have to show you as well as tell you a few things" he says calmly
"Okay I guess" I sigh
"Oh and the Alpha King as will be coming for a visit over the weekend" he says with a hint of anger in his voice
"Why? Is it because of the Alpha rouge King? The King shouldn't leave the castle right?.... I mean I know a bit about the family it's the King and Queen their 12 pups plus their mates and their pups right? Well 11 kids I learned that the oldest son is M.I.A, been that way since he was about 18 years old" I rush out confused
