24. Monsters Inc

I wake up to someone shaking me awake causing me to groan and roll over, surely it's not time to wake up it feels like I've only been asleep for five minutes.

" Kitten"
I hear an all to familiar voice causing me to quickly open my eyes seeing that it's daddy causing me to smile before quickly jumping into his lap practically clinging to him like a monkey.

" Aww I missed you to kitten"
He says holding me tightly in his lap gently running his fingertips down my back causing me to yawn. I look around the room out the window to see it's still pitch black outside. I nuzzle into daddy's chest further getting warm, as he starts running his fingers through my hair.

" I missed you so much"

He says I say nothing just sit up and pull him in for a passionate kiss still half asleep.

" I'll take that as you missed me to"
He chuckles as I pull away yawning once again trying to rub the sleep from my eyes.

" Kitten go back to sleep it's like four in the morning"
Daddy says causing me to shake my head no, I don't want to go to sleep I want cuddles and to spend time with my daddy.

" Kitten"
He says giving me that signature daddy look, I say nothing leaning over getting my whiteboard and marker before writing.

" I don't want to go to sleep I'm not sleepy daddy"

I write before holding it up so he could see.

" Is that so?"
He questions, I say nothing just nod my head yes.

" What do you want then little one"

He says causing me to blush at the pet name.

" Daddy cuddles"
I write.

" How about cuddles and a movie"

He says causing me to quickly nod my head, yes smiling.

" Okay get comfy kitten I'm just going to get my laptop"
Daddy says before kissing my forehead and walking out of the room to get his laptop. I shimmy underneath the covers cuddling my stuffie and putting my paci back in my mouth which must have fallen out during the night just as daddy enters back into the room with his laptop. He gets into the bed and slides in beside me placing the laptop on the bed between us as I move over and lay my head on his chest as he wraps his arms around me god I've really missed this I nuzzle into him causing him to look over at me smiling before placing a gentle kiss on my forehead.

" What do you want to watch kitten"
He says looking down at me, I think for a moment before finally deciding.

" Monsters Inc"

I write before holding it up so he could see. Daddy says nothing leaning forwards and pressing play on the movie. We lay in bed cuddling and watching monsters Inc and about halfway through the part where the two take boo to work with them daddy lets out a quiet chuckle causing me to look up at him.

" What kitten"

He says kissing my forehead.

" Why were u laughing daddy"
I write.

" Because boo reminds me a lot of you honestly"

He says laughing once more causing me to pout.

" Hey don't pout it's a good thing kitten " 

" How so" 

I write before holding it up so he could see.

" Because she's adorable just like you"

He says causing me to turn bright red before kissing me passionately on the lips he doesn't pull away completely he just rests his forehead on mine. 

" I'm so happy to be here with you kitten you know that" 

He whispers caressing my cheek causing me to blush before pulling away. 

" I'm happy you're here to daddy you want to know why" 

I write before moving it so he could see. he says nothing just nods his head, yes smiling. 

" Because I love you" 

I write he must have been looking over my shoulder because before I could even push it over to show him he pushed me back down pulling me in for another kiss causing my cheeks to turn even redder. 

" I love you to kitten"
