My dream went something like this.
There was a huge, tall gate with that yin-yang orb symbolizing light and darkness in the heart of it. At its mouth stood two young women, dressed in flowing robes. One had white-blond hair and electric blue eyes. The other had dark locks of wavy hair and green eyes. Their faces were calm, but the atmosphere between them was anything but. Both were armed with knives.
The first to speak was the dark-haired one. "What a wonderful sight." She was definitely trying to sound playful, but her voice was cold and cruel. "Hello, sister. What brings you here?"
The blond-haired shook her head angrily and forced her armed hand to the dark-haired's throat. "What do you mean, sister?" Her voice was pained and raged. "After all your betrayal, you call me your sibling?"
The dark-haired woman spread her hands as if surprised. "But you are my sister. My younger sister. You can't deny it, your blood runs in my veins and my blood runs in your veins. It is the one and same."
"But I don't have Darkness in my heart. That is the difference."
"Not necessarily. You could join me on my side." The dark-haired woman reached her hand up and stroked the yin-yang orb before resting on the yin side, the dark side. "Yin might've have lost the battles many times, but it will truimph. The prophecy says..."
"A death of protection will earn Light the win, a life of destruction will give the win to Yin," the golden-haired recited blankly. "All of Light's warriors are selfless. They will not save their own lives to cause utter destruction and let Darkness win."
"No, have you forgotten the rest of the prophecy?" The dark-haired smiled, her lips curving in amusement. "The Warrior who on Earth was hid, she shall arise to be the Orchid."
"I will find her," the golden-haired promised. "Before you do."
"Go ahead, Shira." The dark-haired woman chuckled and elegantly stepped away from the dagger Shira clenched. "Don't worry, I have my own bag of tricks."
Shira pushed open the gate. "Oh....Lycaeon." She glanced back. "This is not a child's bike race." Without looking back again, she dove down into the dark void the right of the gate.
Lycaeon stood, face contorted with pure anger and her lips were in a sneer. "Go ahead, sister." Her cruel eyes narrowed and she knelt over to pick up a smooth pebble that glistened and shone. Lifting her arm, she hurled it at the yin-yang orb. The orb shattered into two halves cleanly and the white orb fell where Shira did as Lycaeon retrieved the dark side. "By my standards, I have already crossed the finish line."
