"Wait...what?" Hero yells at her. "Xander is a Warrior? That piece of damn shit is a Warrior? Why did you hide this from me?"

"I understand why you're so upset," Airillia says, "but it really--you know what, let's join the others."

Kyo and Sol are seated calmly, waiting for us next to Mr. Terrarien, who's chatting with Solara. Terra. Oh yeah, that means earth(thanks, Amphitrite!) and Solara, being princess, must know him.

Airillia nods at us. "Arya is gone."

"My sister is gone?" I face her in shock, though I've always anticipated it. Lycaeon warned me. So we do have a traitor. Arya is gone.

"Your half-sister," Airillia corrects, taking a swig from a cup of coffee. I've always liked the scent of coffee, though I disliked drinking it because it made me stare at my ceiling when I got into bed, unable to sleep from all of that caffeine.

"Whatever." I wave it off. "She's still my sister." I swallow and say the truth. "She's gone over to Yin." The room goes silent.

 "I'm sorry, Orchid--" Kyonnes starts.

"No biggie," I lie. "She's Lycaeon's daughter, anyway. I should've known it runs in the family."

 "Orchid."

I turn around slowly, but I pour resent in my voice as I meet the lavender eyes of my mother. "You've always known. But why didn't you tell me?"

There's raw regret in Shira's voice as she speaks. "I'm so sorry, Orchid. I've watched you grow up with another family, but I couldn't interfere." I watch her shoot a look at Mr. Terrarien, who coughs and looks at the ground.

"Where the heck is Jenna, anyway? I can't wait to get my hands on her." Hero licks her lips, as if contemplating how Jenna would taste like on a dinner plate.

"Losers, I just got out from the bathroom." There she is, walking like a fashion model and primping her hair up with a hand.

 "Right," Hero says sarcastically.

"It's true." Jenna stares at Mr. Terrarien's back. "Who the hell is he?"

Mr. Terrarien flinches, but he doesn't look back. "I think I gotta go. Now."

"Hold on!" Jenna narrows her eyes and sneers. "I know you." She grabs him and pulls him around, and gasps when she sees his face.

 "Dad?" she whispers.

"Dad?" I ask in shock. "That's your dad?"

Shira shakes her head. "You were never meant to discover this."

"Shira Vindtare, neither did I," Mr. Terrarien says.

"Yes, Orchid, he's Jenna's father." Shira traces the end of her robe, distracted. "And this is also your father, Zilon."

Sorry for the short chapter, just so excited about the idea! More than 1K reads already, thank you thank you thank you readers!
