Chapter 7- Cold Hearted Truth

"Riyu?" Takeru looked surprised at Riyu's current state.

"Takeruuu....I have to tell you something." "Riyu...." Mako tried to interfere but Xianghua stopped her.

"Wait, let's see where this goes."

"I saw you last night....with him."

Takeru had no idea what Riyu was talking about.

"I saw you....on all fours....taking it up the ass like a slut. Letting that bastard violate you. How could you do this to me???" Riyu grabbed Takeru's shirt and pretended to cry on his chest. Takeru could smell the whiskey on her.

"You're drunk."

Riyu gasped. "No I'm not."

"Uh actually yeah you are you crazy bitch." Chiaki said which earned him a slap to the back of the head by his twin sister.

"You spied on me?" Takeru asked.

"No I didn't! I walked past your room and heard a sound. I thought you were hurt."

"Do you love me?"

"Of course I do Takeru."

"Then from now on, stay the hell out of my business and my personal life." Takeru angrily walked away, leaving the rest of the Shinkengers and Jii stunned. Kotoha looked worried and put her hand on Riyu's shoulder.

"Riyu-Chan are you okay?"

"I'm gonna be sick." The kuroko led Riyu into the Shiba Mansion to the bathroom. Takeru did not looked pleased at all with Riyu's behavior, neither did the other Shinkengers but the tense air that surrounded both Takeru and Riyu a few moments ago. Something was definitely going on between the two.

A few hours later, Riyu emerged from the bathroom wiping her mouth with her sleeve. Her head hurt so much and she felt like a ton of bricks crashed on her. The kuroko gave her some warm tea with honey in it earlier and that soothed her stomach....unfortunately not her broken heart. What did she do? She may have ruined her relationship with Takeru and possibly the rest of the Shinkengers for her actions earlier. Whatever the cost, she was ready to face her punishment.

As she entered the den in the Shiba Mansion, the rest of her comrades looked at her silently. Riyu sighed as she opened her mouth.

"Look I don't know where to start...." She began softly.

"Start with answering this question, what the hell were you thinking Riyu?!" Chiaki retorted.

"I don't know."

"Of course you don't know."

"I'm trying to explain myself Chiaki!"

"Don't say anymore Riyu." Everyone turned their heads to Takeru.

"Takeru....."

"Do you meant what you said.....about you being in love with me?" Riyu shook her head.

"Yes, despite the fact that I was intoxicated I meant it. I love you." Takeru got up and touched Riyu's cheek softly.

"The saddest thing is.....I was feeling the same way about you." As he walked away, Riyu felt tears coming down her face as she wept softly. Kotoha hugged Riyu from behind, comforting her.

"Don't worry Riyu, there are lots of other fish in the sea." DaiGoyou laughed which earned him a glare from the rest of the Shinkengers. "Not a good time." Genta growled.
