Later that night, Riyu walked around the Shiba mansion. Everyone else was asleep for the night. Riyu couldn't sleep so she walked around the Shiba Mansion. It helps her ease her mind. She walked past Takeru's room and saw some candles lit in his room. His door was slightly cracked so Riyu could see inside the room a little bit. She tiptoed close to her lord's door, carefully watching her footing. She saw Takeru in a position she'd never thought she would see her lord in.....he was on all fours on his bed, his black hair matted on his face from the sweat, his face flustered and his dark eyes half-opened, grunting at every thrust he was given to him. Takeru's eyes closed suddenly and he moaned in pleasure as the man grabbed his black hair and pulled him back, kissing and biting the lord's neck. Riyu's heart skipped a few beats but her expression changed when she saw the person behind her lord.....Kadoya Tsukasa. Takeru never left her side after that and Riyu learned that she needs her comrades in battle....especially personal battles. They had each other's back in and off the battlefield so for Takeru to sleep with somebody else was to her a slap in the face. She didn't even know Takeru was even romantically involved with someone, much less a Kamen Rider. She remembers Tsukasa, when Genta's Ebi origami was stolen and even then Riyu despised him now.....she hates him.

Mako woke up with a dry throat. She decided to get some water to soothe her dry throat. She went into the kitchen and poured a glass of water and downed it, feeling the liquid soothed her throat. As she made her way back into her room, she saw Riyu on the porch. She walked closer to her but when Riyu turned to look at the pink Shinkenger, her dark brown eyes were red and tear-stained and her eyeliner ran down her face. Her red lipstick smeared around her lips. Mako didn't even asked what was wrong but just sat down beside Riyu and embraced her in a hug. Riyu laid her head on her chest like a younger sister would do to her older sister when upset. Riyu cried her eyes out until she fell asleep in Mako's arms. The pink Shinkenger then dragged Riyu into her room and tucked her in.

"Something must've happened to make Riyu feel like this....I'll find out tomorrow." Mako thought as she headed into her own room to get some rest.

The next morning, the Shinkengers were at the courtyard training like they do every morning. Takeru came out a few minutes later and saw all the Shinkengers training....but one was missing.

"Where is Riyu?" Takeru asked. Neither of the Shinkengers knew where she was.

"Dunno. She might still be sleeping." Chiaki said.

"What? She cannot be sleeping in! That's not a samurai's training routine!" Ryuunosuke retorted.

"Even if Riyu was here, she would've just told you to shut the hell up." Xianghua said.

"Enough." Takeru looked irritated. Riyu emerged from the Shiba mansion.

"There's the ice queen." Genta piped up. Riyu picked up the kendo stick and started beating on the training dummy. Takeru tried getting Riyu's attention. He could tell something was wrong with her.

"Riyu." She didn't answer.

"Riyu!" Again she didn't answer.

"Riyu answer me!" Riyu continued to ignore Takeru.

"Riyu answer our lord!" Ryuunosuke yelled out.

"How about you shut up before I shove this in your throat!" Ryuunosuke flinched as Riyu walked away, purposely bumping into Takeru's shoulder as she made her way into the Shiba mansion.

"What's her deal?" Xianghua asked.

"Must be her time of the month." Chiaki answered.

"I dunno....I'm worried about Riyu-chan. It looked like something was bothering her." Kotoha said, putting her kendo stick away.

"Riyu's complicated." Mako just said. Takeru sighed.

"I'll talk to her."
