The Stalker

Chapter 18

I had to go to the hospital for a exam, to make sure I was healthy. Then, they took me to get some food. I went to a Mexican restaurant because I love Mexican food. I had to go down to the police station to answer questions. I thought I was taking a test, but all the answers I knew.

My parents were already on the plane to get here. They should arrive late tonight. For now I got to stay with Casey's family in a hotel. It was a fancy, five star, hotel. I borrowed some of Casey's clothes and then went to get some rest. I was pooped. I couldn't sleep when I was at that place.

At around midnight I got awakened by my parents. I hugged them and didn't let go. I was crying with joy. I finally got to see them. I thought I would never see their face again. It was the happiest moment of my life. Words can't describe how I feel. The hug lasted about five minutes. Then, they told me to get rest.

The next morning the cop came and said that Drew had been arrested. He had came home to find the cop in the room. Drew tried to run away, but the cop got him. He would be sentenced for the rest of his life. No more girls would be kidnapped by him.

I felt even more happy. Knowing that I was free and would continue to be free was incredible. I finally can live out my life the way I want it. I will not be a doll anymore. I was overjoyed. I would be at my house safe and sound by tonight.

My prayer: Thank you lord. Thank you for letting me survive this horrid kidnapping. Thank you for letting me be free again. Thank you for allowing me to be reunited with my family. And thank you lord, for being my savior and guiding me through the good and bad times that I will have to face.
